Terrible, I went to check out and haven't been here in over a year and I asked if there was self checkout and some girl said, very very rudely, it's right there. No one wants an attitude from a checkout person. Bring on the AI and robots.

This store is very nice and well kept, came here for the good customer service and they had cashiers. always have great stock, good selection. Always have the discontinued storage cases. Loved these cases now the only one to carry them. Good price on items as well. 2 stars due to now they have put in self check outs as I switched the store closer to me because they didn't have this self check out bs. Now they do so no point in making a longer trip out. Sry not sry

Sam in the framing Department not knew her stock well listened to my ideas and thoughts and we were a team working to create custom frames for my artwork. When I had posters she knew her stick to lead me towards making cody effective choices on artwork that didn't need that custom frame and in turn I gave this store all of my framing business! I will go back . The manager was kind helpful and patient as well. Best Micheals experience I have had.

The old lady that works here, Dolores needs to be fired. She literally doesn't understand how to use Apple Pay, and over charged me 3 times because she doesn't understand how the computer works

Just wanted to compliment Logan, and the terrific patience displayed for the customer in line ahead of me. she wasted quite a bit of time for what I hope was a very important 2 to 3 dollars for herself. Logan worked with the customer, despite her awful, embarrassing attitude.5 stars for Logan

Absolutely in love with this store and it never lets me down. I went on Black Friday and used the order ahead and pickup option. Super quick! I made a unique mermaid dress Xmas tree with a bunch of items I got 60-70 % off that day. Reversible sequin ribbon, 9 ft green faux tree garland, tiny pink silver white ornaments.

I went to this store with a return. I found several items I was looking for at terrific prices - and other things I wasn't looking for! The selection was great with terrific prices. The prices were very excellent. Most of all, the staff are absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend shopping in this store. You can even order things on line and have it shipped to the store for easy pick up for free.

I'm not a crafting person, but I love Michael's! So much more than just crafts: frames, posters, seasonal decorative items, creative toys and more. Regular prices are high, so always shop with a coupon. Download their app, always have coupons with you. Only problem with coupons: read the fine print. They have WAAAAY too many stipulations. 20 off your total purchase, is NOT. This location, expect to wait for checkout for a while. Never seems to be enough people. And with the coupon issues ALL the time, every purchase takes a while. Unless you Luck out and hit at the right time. This has never been my experience. Anyway WHERE ELSE are you going to go? This is it for the area. PS if you work in teaching profession, your school ID gets you 10% off always! Pretty sure they offer for military personnel as well.

This is a good place to go if you need basic crafting or arts supplies. I needed colored pencils for my 5 year old cousin and I found good ones easily. They were relatively cheap. The employees were very nice. They were extremely helpful with answering my questions.

I came here for two picture frames (one 11x14, one shadow box) and while I found their matting selection to be limited, I found two frames that worked for my purposes. This is a small store but they seem to carry all of the crafting basics. Our cashier was ULTRA nice to the point of me wondering what meds she takes to be that happy. It verged on creepy. But hey, it's good to see someone enjoying life so thoroughly.
