Kay Jewelers in Rocky Point NY is amazing. I had the courtesy of being helped by Beryl and Cindy, both amazing women who knew exactly how to help me. They were very patient as I was nervous trying to pick out the perfect engagement ring for one of the most important moments in my life. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I highly recommend going here before anywhere else as they will treat you with the utmost respect and are very knowledgeable and will dedicate all of the time that you may need. Thank you again for the amazing experience. I will be returning for future purchases.

From the second you walk into this particular Kay Jeweler, you are immediately greeted with a smile on every employee’s faces. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is absolutely excellent. The experience you get from a customers point of view is great as well. I would highly recommend purchasing any kind of jewelry from this particular location in Rocky Point, you will not be let down in the slightest. Thank you for the great experience. Lastly, Cindy is the absolute best and if you need anything, she’s got you! Will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you again.

Hello my name is trey Dunphy and i was being really really annoying calling the store 3 times too make sure everything was perfect and correct a kind lady name Cindy from the Rocky point Kay jewelers answer the phone both three times and help me with every single thing that I need as well as she allowed me to come in and purchase the ring and while I was purchasing, she was nothing but caring and very genuine, and so amazing I am very grateful to have somebody like Cindy while I was making this purchase thank you Cindy and thank you Kay jewelers.

When I did an inspection last year, an associate warned me to always double check that they actually entered the inspection into the computer because some people won't. If an inspection is missed and a ring loses stones they will refuse to replace the stone.Today I had my ring inspected, and my husband only received an email for my ring, not the band. He chatted in with their online service and they confirmed the inspection was not entered for the band. Incredible, because if something were to go wrong with my band, they would refuse to cover it as I "missed an inspection". They told me the only way to fix it is to call the location that day and make sure they enter it. (Then I guess we have to follow up AGAIN?) Well, I call twice and the phone rings endlessly and then disconnects. So, I guess every-time I have my ring and band inspected I need to literally ask the employee if they ACTUALLY entered the inspection and hope they don't lie, then go and follow up with corporate anyway. Seems like a huge time waster. As of right now I'll probably have to go back and have the band inspected again, because they aren't picking up.

I needed a battery for my watch, I called and spoke to an employee to see if they were able to change the battery. The employee told me they would be able to change the battery as long as I got there by a certain time. I drove all the way there and arrived an hour before the time told. When I walked in the door I was told sorry but the person who does that job decided to take her break early and no one was available. Will never shop there again. Waste of my limited time.

Corrine at rocky point store made my life today. Helped me finally order a ring I’ve been trying and failing to order and I’m so happy. She was only person to really help and I appreciate it. I will be letting her boss know to let corporate l know what a great person she is. Truly kind. ❤️ finally I’ll have a pretty ring that fits! Being plus sized is hard but is harder when most people discourage you but not Corrine she wanted to make me happy and that’s it. Not about money or time or anything else but my 100% happiness! That’s what I want when I go shopping for my first big jewelry purchase in 16 years almost. My last one was my band I still wear and will wear. But this ring she helped me finally order is just like my moms that was given away during her dementia days by my mom. And thus lost. Until I saw this ring it’s just so much like hers it sound odd but when you see that ring you know it’s the ring. My husband did try to order on his own without luck. This wonderful girl kept trying until it finally went through. It wasn’t the card as we thought it was we think the website having issues but I did call and got no where before. Sometimes you just have to keep trying. Ask for Corrine. I’ll add photo when my final ring will be ready in end of June.

Blonde older saleswoman is very rude and unprofessional. When looking through prices on jewelry she said to me "yeah you don't look like that price point." To which I wanted to say you know nothing about what I can afford and I very well could have afforded it but would never buy from Kay now based on that experience. As previous yelpers have stated I was then rudely and abruptly shooed out of the store by her once she realized I wasn't interested in anything else. She should definitely be spoken to regarding her poor customer service and attitude.

I've bought several things there always to be pleased, but the last time I went was to buy my future wife's wedding band. I sat though the process and she told me the ring was ordered. I get home and I get a call from someone out of state saying that they just got an email receipt for my purchase, I say no big deal and call Kay to find out why they sent my receipt to some other person, they apologized and corrected the email but told me they could not send the receipt to the correct address, fine, no big deal. A week or two later my fiance called to find the status of the band, the individual Kay store would not answer the phone several times spread over several hours, called corporate and they have no record of the order. The next day I tried calling them again, still no answer. I went down to the store, I explained the situation and CJ, awesome individual, pulled it out of the lockbox. They were supposed to call when it came in, that coupled with corporate having no idea that an order was even placed really freaked me out, but the issue was resolved without a problem. Had this been my only interaction with them I would have given a 2 or 3 star review, but I know they are good.

If I could leave one star I would. I made a yelp just to make a review. I went in looking for a ring for my wife, right off the bat going here was a mistake. The blonde lady was picking her nose and couldn't be bothered to help anyone. 10 minutes later she asked "you need help" I said yes. She came over and starting steering me towards jewelry I did not care for nor would ever like in my life. Her name was Marguerite, if you want a real sales person to help you find another store. She ain't going to last much longer

Emily was awesome. Very welcoming, very helpful. Came from the smith haven mall , which was a very big mistake, explained what i had wanted & ended up leaving with 5 pieces of jewelry. Very professional atmosphere & well trained staff. As soon as i walked in, they went above and beyond... from the greeting to me and other customers to the wrapping the gifts i had bought. Will definitely be coming back !
