I go here a lot and my food orders are Never right. They always ask but never make it right. Some of the people are nice. some act like they don’t care or it’s an inconvenience so I don’t say anything about my deli sandwich or breakfast sandwiches never being correct I just know what to not to get from here.

The cold cuts are not handled properly. Properly cooled and wrapped , the meats are bad. Went into the store to file a complaint and was met with opposition and told my son was sick. Also trying to dismiss what I had to say and spoken down to. In my opinion, This is not a place you want to eat at if you want to keep your health.

I go to handy a lot and it takes patience with the workers but today I ordered a hungry man and they gave me eggs on a roll? And when I called to explain what happened I was left with an attitude. That's no way to run a business, I am left with no choice but to stop going. Handy pantry has been on the decline for the last couple years because of all the kids they keep hiring

Ordered 2 heros, so much better then jersey mikes or subway and cheaper and I wasn't able to go into store and they brought it out to me very friendly

Don’t come here often but what I do staff is always friendly. I’m amazed at how much product is packed to this little store. It’s like a mini supermarket.

Rude service, prices are a bit expensive than other places. Every time I have gone there, I've smelt horrible due to their cooking. The staff at the cold-cut section are cool but the cashiers as I said are rude as hell. For that, I give this shop 1 star. To management: hire better or train better.

If you like to buy cold cuts from a dirty deli, get spoken to as if you’re an inconvenience, listen to rap music at unreasonable level, and have teenager employees nod rather than speaking this is the place for you. This place is not what you would expect from a small hometown place. Hey, staff/owner… in todays economy people are struggling. We choose to go to your place and spend our hard earned money. I don’t expect red carpet service but maybe show a little appreciation. Or maybe at least speak to us like adults. Woman at the deli section has the personality of a wet sock. Won’t ever go here again. “Shop with us” in Shoreham’s employees make you feel appreciated and open their mouths and speak. They don’t look at you and nod anticipating an order. And guess what… English is clearly their second language. Handy Pantry.. take note and try to be a little more like them. I’d never recommend Handy Pantry.

Rocky Point Handy Pantry is clean and has respectful friendly staff, it’s nice to go into a Handy Pantry where head banging music isn’t blaring and Staff isn’t using foul language

I tried probably the best named breakfast ever called Vegetarians Nightmare hero but was hugely disappointed. Asked for sunny side up eggs and were over hard. Bacon, turkey and sausage were dry, tough and very thin. May be fake bacon. No cheese! I expected much better for $16.00. A technical issue on their website doesn't allow you to order this hero online because it requires you to choose the bread but hero isn't on the list.

I’m home with Covid. I’m finally up to eating again. I ordered an egg sandwich. I don’t know what happened, but the sandwich that DoorDash delivered was not what I ordered, and it was a mess. I couldn’t even eat it. I called Handy Pantry, and the nice lady I spoke with made me a new sandwich and delivered it curbside for me. Thank you ?

used to go here at least once a week, then they started messing up my order 3 weeks in a row. place has gone downhill.
