73 Broadway, Rocky Point“Whayever your goal, this is a great gym. Big Ed helped me train through a serious spinal injury. So much so that I returned to working long after the surgeons gave up on me. The people there are like a community... I can't say enough positive things about the place.”

295 Rte 25A, Rocky Point“Decent Gym. Great place to start working out. A lot of people go here though. It can get busy depending on the day and time of day. They have an app which is good. You can track the "crowd meter" which tells you ahead of time how busy the gym is at that time. The staff are very friendly. My only thing I could say to build on is getting heavier dumbbells at some point. And maintaining the Smith machines better. The bar slides can get gunked up at times making the resistance more gummy.”

“Going to a gym when you’re overweight and you have never worked out before is extremely intimidating. This is the gym to go to. Coach Matt will cater every workout to your specific needs. I’ve been going for 5 months, and I can feel noticeable changes. Stop thinking about it. Just go!”
