Mike is a real good guy Jose in the other hand is not and Jose hardly speaks English, Jose changed 2 cam variable valve sensors and 2 new seals he never changed the seals or destroyed the new onesI applied them they where all 4 parts which were purchased from ford , Jose changed the timing variable can sensors and the OEM seals purchased from fordI supplied Jose the parts which I purchased at Fordhe either never changed the old seals or he broke the new seals during installation, Now oil is leaking onto my valve cover, what a waste of money, job needs to be redoneI should have known better to let a migrant who hardly speaks English and most likely here illegally

While replacing the alternator, he had damaged almost the entire electrical circuit and in addition he had broken one of the sensors. the engine light was on. He denied and kicked me out of the shop. Dont blieve 1 star because it is the lowest rate. This guy's total cost to me is around 2000 dolars for an alternator.

Said he did tune up and replaced one spark plug and nothing else said he repl 4 nope and charged my wife 300 and said the computer down so no receipt I got receipt from advanced auto only one spark plug been good customer many years and he screwed us time for litigation unfortunately do not go there crook

After several very smooth, unrelated, minor repairs at Gas Plus Auto Repairs, my vehicle began overheating. I took it back to Gas Plus and Walter (?) said I had a blown head gasket and it would take $1200 and a week to fix it. I drove around with my heat on full blast for over a month (in April!) to keep it from overheating while I drummed up the funds. I took it back to Gas Plus, Walter looked at it AGAIN, reiterated that it was a blown head gasket and said it would be done in 5 days. 5 days later I call to check on the car and he says "I'm hoping to start the repair on Wednesday". He hadn't even STARTED it yet. I couldn't wait so I picked the car up and drove it to the little shop behind Deck's. Turns out I just needed my thermostat replaced (a repair that was about A THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS then what Walter said needed to be done. It was also a possibility that I had asked Walter about repeatedly and was repeatedly told "no, it was DEFINITELY NOT the thermostat"". It took the little shop behind Decks a half a day (and the car never overheated again.) I went back to GasPlus hoping for an explanation as to why it was an honest mistake, but I was given nothing more than a *VERY* intentionally dirty look, after which, Walter turned on his heels and walked away without saying a word. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. HE'S AS CROOKED AS THEY COME AND HE KNOWS IT. He's the epitome of the dishonest mechanic we all worry about coming across. H e.a.d.s. U.p. , Rocky Point!!!
