Today I went to this Chase office in Rocky Point and I was helped by Nathaniel, one of their relationship bankers. It was the best experience I have had at any bank. Nathaniel was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions and account management needs. In addition, he is just a really nice guy and was great to talk to. I am glad this is the closest office to me.

I love Chase. I don't bank there now, just happened that way but I have nothing but positive remarks for them. Always reasonable about an overdraft or bank fee. Tons of convenient locations. Rocky point probably the friendliest banking staff i have ever encountered. Again, I don't even bank there. I highly recommend.

Been a chase customer since 2006. It was always just a generic easy bank to use. But Brandon Chavez at this location helped me open a business account, and I feel like I’ve got someone there that cares now. Really knowledgeable, beyond even about banking and credit cards, but helped spitball some lending ideas and business basics, got me in touch with a chase loan officer. Super professional and personable. Kept his promises and followed up a couple days later. Thanks again Brandon.

Tellers are good, but not the "bankers" . Went to this branch this morning to open an account. There were a lady and guy "banker" there. Waiting there for 20 mins, neither one came over to help us, as if they didn't give a shi*t to their job.

Very poor service. When calling this branch, no one ever answers the phone. I have put in multiple complaints.. it's really a disgrace.

We were looking at changing our main bank after moving, had pretty much decided Chase looked right, had to come in to add a joint account. The guy was so inept, so blind to covid precautions, so slow that he made us Capital One customers that day! Awful branch, terrible staff, antiquated AF!

What a disgrace of a bank. I walked in with a mask. I was waiting to see account representative, they were 2 people ahead of me and they had only 2 chairs to sit and they were occupied. I was standing and waiting. Female chase representative came over and asked what I was waiting for? I explained her that I need to open a checking account, she said that I need to make appointment for that and took my name and phone number, i made sure she wrote my number correctly. she said we will call you for an appointment. It's been 4 days as of 9/16/2021 still nobody called for an appointment. That's how Chase bank makes business? Shame. Terrible customer service. Their corporate office should read those reviews.
