“I absolutely love this store for its variety in clothing and styles especially clothing that has stretchy material for a voluptuous girl as I am. I must admit that some of the clothes don't carry the best type of material but that is the case in majority of the areas in the clothing industry, unless you are looking at high end designer styles. I see in the comments years ago where staff was not nice and I agree as I have been shopping there a while but in the most recent years I have interacted with nicer and more helpful staff. I also agree that if your closing hours is at 8pm don't be close at 7:55 pm, as there is technically 5 mins left. However, in my experience usually there is a method to their structure, maybe others abused that opportunity in the past hence their action. Overall, a huge improvement and haven't had a bad experience. The changing rooms are back being opened post covid giving cutomers the opportunity to try on and see if the clothes they selected fits. Also, shop with an open mind...the clothes won't be all perfect but pick the pieces that work for you.”
