“I had purchased from Gelber and Mundy many years ago and always found them to be really fantastic to work with. More recently, I had to have clasps changed on a couple of white gold chains, and a knot removed from another. Each time, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and at an incredibly reasonable price. Everytime I am in the store, I admire the jewelry on display - it's beautiful and no matter what your taste, you can find something! My husband was so impressed with the customer service as the watch was literally fixed on the spot.I had two pieces, a custom ring and a tennis bracelet that were previously “repaired” by another jeweler but unfortunately the ring was destroyed and the bracelet was discolored and cheaply fixed.
