Incompetent is the best word to describe them. Told me I can come pick up my phone whenever. I go to pick it up and my name wasn’t on a list so I was told to wait for the email. After almost two weeks I call and the person on the phone says I didn’t need to wait for an email so I can come pick it up tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and the deal is done then when they hear on the recorded call that I wasn’t told that the deal would end by tomorrow they say “sorry” and they can’t do anything. Switching to AT&T

I had the best experience at this store. After an upgrade done over the phone had the promotional deal messed up on the back end, I went in the store and Lauren sat on the phone with me for an hour pushing for a resolution and advocating for me fiercely. I am so grateful for her patience and understanding. The entire team at the Rockville Centre location is phenomenal!

So rude. I went with my grandmother. She needed a new phone. The lady didn't look once at my grandmother and spoke to me as if she didn't exist. She was very unpleasant. Make sure not to go on the weekend without an appointment, since apparently they'll refuse service without one. Kinda bizarre that they wouldn't accept walk-ins though, since the store was empty of any customers...

My husband and I went to this location to buy our family phones. I was bracing for a long, tedious experience. My man was armed with every up to date detail regarding plans and phones available and was ready to go to task to put into place the best plan for our large family. What a pleasure it was to work with Terreka. She is a Verizon Wireless Titan. Professional, courteous, knowledgable, there was no question she couldn't answer. As customers entered the store, Terreka was able to direct them with grace and authority while never missing a beat helping us. If she is not a manager, she should be. Terreka, thank you for making our experience easy and relaxed. You made my day. Happy holidays to you and yours!

The representatives at this location were patient, kind and knowledgeable. While my experience with Verizon as a whole has been absolutely miserable, I cannot lay any of the blame on them. If you need in-person assistance with a device, or your plan, I recommend going there.

I've had the privilege to work directly with the store manager Christine over the years and my family is thankful for her knowledge and warm demeanor. Verizon is lucky to have her.

Lauren is the most amazing person and exceptional employee. She is kind, thorough, patient, professional and went above and beyond to help me. I traveled quite a bit to exchange a phone I received from on line to be greeted by Lauren. I accidentally left my phone in my husbands car and was frantic about how to reach him. Lauren let me use the store phone to call him, starting helping me by verifying they had the color in stock and advised me she saw the note on my account but wanted to make sure I would not be charged the fee that I was promised would be waived. Ultimately I wanted a different color than I originally thought so I left without the exchange because the store didn’t have it stock. She was so helpful and checked to see if any other stores has it. Lauren made me feel so comforted that I really didn’t want to leave that store to fix the issue on my own. If only all employees at Verizon were like Lauren they would never loose business.

If you have a appointment for new service you must arrive at certain stores 1 hour before closing. The larger stores will allow you to arrive 1/2 hour before closing. This is uncalled for! And the sales reps do not reveal this information in advance.

Horrible customer service . The manger Christine was NASTY . For no reason at all . I simply asked a question. " Hi do you work here , I was unsure , so I asked . The look on her face was full of disgusted as if , I am not suppose to ask her any questions. Never answered me , walked right away . I asked another sale associate for the correct number and she was super helpful . If you can do not WASTE your time coming to this store , this LOCATION . Christine was NASTY . As a manager you would think she would be pleasant, friendly , inviting . NO . Nasty , unprofessional , and horrible customer service . I went to pick up my new phone . I was soooo excited to pick it up. Christine made my experience at this store so unpleasent .
