We have been Verizon customers for over 20 years and wanted to keep our "old" plan while getting a new phone, but I was told that even if I bought the phone outright, they would "have" to upgrade the plan. I asked for a manager override and was told no. I did not want that at all as it would be much more expensive. She did tell me what I could do to resolve my issue, but did nothing to help further (i.e. order the phone for me in-store pick up, etc.). Unfortunately, the people who work there don't really have flexibility in trying to solve issues, or they don't care that much, I can't really tell. I decided to do it on my own and go to a verified retailer after reading some reviews and had a much better experience. I won't be going back to this store and will likely stick with verified retailers.

What the Hell! Christine! Do you have any idea what politeness, kindness, respect or customer service is? I entered your store to hopefully resolve a serious problem. I waited very patiently to be greeted but your two reps were busy. When you arrived in the front you didn’t ask who was next you wet to the young lady and told her she would be taken next, I bought to your attention I arrived first. When you turned to the young women and asked her if this was true, I was floored! How Dare You!!!!! You have a reputation of rudeness and I will never enter your store again.

Incompetent is the best word to describe them. Told me I can come pick up my phone whenever. I go to pick it up and my name wasn’t on a list so I was told to wait for the email. After almost two weeks I call and the person on the phone says I didn’t need to wait for an email so I can come pick it up tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and the deal is done then when they hear on the recorded call that I wasn’t told that the deal would end by tomorrow they say “sorry” and they can’t do anything. Switching to AT&T

I had the best experience at this store. After an upgrade done over the phone had the promotional deal messed up on the back end, I went in the store and Lauren sat on the phone with me for an hour pushing for a resolution and advocating for me fiercely. I am so grateful for her patience and understanding. The entire team at the Rockville Centre location is phenomenal!

So rude. I went with my grandmother. She needed a new phone. The lady didn't look once at my grandmother and spoke to me as if she didn't exist. She was very unpleasant. Make sure not to go on the weekend without an appointment, since apparently they'll refuse service without one. Kinda bizarre that they wouldn't accept walk-ins though, since the store was empty of any customers...

My husband and I went to this location to buy our family phones. I was bracing for a long, tedious experience. My man was armed with every up to date detail regarding plans and phones available and was ready to go to task to put into place the best plan for our large family. What a pleasure it was to work with Terreka. She is a Verizon Wireless Titan. Professional, courteous, knowledgable, there was no question she couldn't answer. As customers entered the store, Terreka was able to direct them with grace and authority while never missing a beat helping us. If she is not a manager, she should be. Terreka, thank you for making our experience easy and relaxed. You made my day. Happy holidays to you and yours!

The representatives at this location were patient, kind and knowledgeable. While my experience with Verizon as a whole has been absolutely miserable, I cannot lay any of the blame on them. If you need in-person assistance with a device, or your plan, I recommend going there.
