Dropped invitations in the local mailbox on a Tuesday and 2 weeks later they still have not been delivered to their destination. 6 invites were mailed 5 days later in East Rockaway and got to their destination within 3 days of drop off...including a Sunday. The service with the RVC post office is terrible and this is an unfortunate learning curve to NEVER use them again.

I should have read the reviews first. If this office were too close, I would not worry about it. The mail I took myself in February hasn't been delivered yet, and it's March 22nd.

Beyond awful. Had a 10:15am passport appointment which was to take 15 minutes. Agent M took near an hour to process the 10am appointment, despite me telling said agent I was worried about missing my appointment and that I had to feed the meter due to the massive delay. Once finally calling me after an hour wait, the agent had the courage to tell me that they didn't have me on the list at all (there were only two appointments listed), despite my prior confirmation and verbally telling the agent my appointment time (he claimed the next appointment was at 11am despite my saying I had a 10:15am). Avoid at all costs. Go to Lynbrook or just about anywhere else. You'll get better treatment.

The black tall skinny girl named morena is sooo rude and doesnt even know what she’s saying. she was on her phone the whole time for like 5 mins before she called me. And when i ask about simple questions she starts getting loud and rude and talks so fast and dont know what shes saying. I ended up talking to the next person. This clerk need to know how to respect customers. She shouldn’t be working in the window.

This girl named Rena is rude and talks too much! Like she knows what shes saying but honestly she’s clueless. I know more about the product than her. I come here 3 times a week and she’s always on her phone most of the time before she calls the customer. Very rude and no manners!

I will drive pass Valley Stream post office to go to Rockville Centre post office. Always helpful. Quick, professional and clean facility.

Awful — actually beyond awful— pay for parking in 20 degree weather wait in line with 10 people. Nobody behind the counter and the kiosk doesn’t even work…I left with my packages. I’ll go try Lynbrook.

I've consistently had great service at the RVC USPS office. The window team is friendly & knowledge about packaging & postal fees. The lobby is clean, air conditioned & well stocked with USPS forms, envelopes & boxes. It also has a self-service kiosk. This is one of my favorite post offices in Nassau County. Thanks! :)
