Worst tire buying experience ever at the Freeport location. The manager, Fernandez, was incompetent- I waited more than 4 hours on a warranty purchase offered by Continental. Do yourself a favor- shop elsewhere.

It's important to trust your mechanic. I've been going to Tire Town for almost 20 years. Even though I moved a few towns over, I make sure to bring my car here for any issues or even just for the state inspection. They're good people who offer you the best most fair price they can offer.

Stopped without an appointment for two new tires. They didn’t have my size but made a few calls and they were at the shop within two hours. I was traveling from Florida and they took great care of me.

I've been buying tires from Tire Town for over 25 years. The owner is very friendly and down to earth and gives me the absolute best price. My family and friends also buy their tires here, and service is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much, Joe.

I've been going to Tire Town off and on for tires for over 35 years and never had a problem until today. Got 4 new tires this morning on a 5 year old Volvo. Two hours later, I had to return because of little air in my rear passenger tire. It was a faulty valve instalation and they repaired it. What pissed me off, not even an apology was given. Mistakes happen, but where is the quality control?Additionally, my rims were super greasy and dusty (they weren't like that when I brought in the car). Maybe a bad Monday morning for the mechanic, but not acceptable to me.

I havé had dealing with Tire Town for years Matter of fact, my family relationship goes back to the 1970sI recently brought my car in for breaks , I deal with Jeff all the time , he is not a partner but very reliable and a gentleman The breaks were repaired and that part was fine , but I did tell them I had a noise in the front : maybe wheel or tires out of balance , the noise was subtle I picked up the car and the noise was very noticeable , I called and then brought the car back Then brought back yet again . It was this second time when I came into the shop , the principale Joe , started immediately began his back peddle " we hear the sound but can't find it " The issue I think , they had the car up on the lift all night ( according to Jeff) the mechanic knows there is a noise ( as you would have to be deaf)They refused to help or take it in I left , taking it to the VW this week . They will find it and my next step will be small claims court Outside of Jeff , all of my experiences have been great , but when it came to something they knew what happened , they dropped the ball

I came in to get a leak patched on my wife's car, I'm not familiar with the area but noted that this was the closest to her school, and had excellent ratings to boot. I went in assuming that it was a standard quick tire change place, but was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a full service facility.I was a bit disappointed in my choice when the patch job took 30 minutes to complete, but I assumed that was because as a full service facility they were going to at least give me the courtesy of checking the other tires on the car because I wasn't entirely sure which tire had the leak. Once the car was finally completed, I paid the bill, and drove it back to my wife's school, thinking that everything was okay. She called me at the end of the school day, very upset, because the tire had even less air than it'd gone in with. I told her to fill it up as best she could, and just drive it home, we will change it in the morning, and as a reputable shop I'm sure that they would own their mistake and pull out the gigantic nail that you can see from 15 ft away.I again, made the 30 minute drive to Oceanside, picked up her car, explained the situation, showing them the enormous nail that was clearly sticking out of the tire that was now in the trunk of the car, and he took the requisite 30 minutes to patch the job. The job. I thank them for his time, and it was told oh that will be another $25 for the patch.Lesson has been learned for me. Next time I need a quick patch job, I will not be going to this full service mechanic and I suggest you skip it as well.
