On my first visit I was happy to find such a terrific store where I could go in the future to buy gifts. I was greeted by a lovely sales associate and I let her know that I received a birthday gift the last week of August 2023 (a moon bracelet) that I wanted to exchange because 1) it didn’t fit my wrist; 2)it reflected the wrong day/year of my birth. I gave her the gift receipt and was led to believe I could exchange the gift. I proceeded to shop and select several items for purchase, at which time, a quite nasty women came out from a back room and said to me “you can’t expect me to exchange this, our policy is 30 days”. I let her know that I don’t live in the community, and that I came to the store several weeks prior, and it was unexpectedly closed with a note of apology on the door. The kind and business savvy thing to do would have been to make the exchange because I was buying several other items and they would gain a new customer. Instead, the only option I had was to get the right moon for my birthday, so now I am left with a bracelet that doesn’t fit. How is that helpful? The outcome is that I decided not to buy any of the items I planned to purchase and they lost me as a customer. How sad for them and me!

This place is incredible! I went in here on a whim looking for a gift. Toni was incredibly patient and accommodating. She is an absolute sweet heart !! They have the best stuff, and reasonably priced !! Definitely check them out :)

What a easy and wonderful shopping experience - called in my order, the owner was more than helpful with assisting me. Gifts were ready and bagged the next day for easy pick up. Love supporting the local shops!! She even threw in a small gift for me! Thank you!!
