Very rude women works there and she refused to print out my prescription for blood work and she had a printer right there. Also your blood work won't reach the lab. Find somewhere else to get your blood work done..

I called once I had a bunch of small bills to pay hoping to combine them (one was $3.28) and was told that I had to pay them individually, and was advised to pay them online. When I said I wanted to pay them now since I had her on the phone, she balked and complained that she didn’t want to be helping me all afternoon! Very rude. She did take my payment information, and I’m slightly shocked that they did take my FSA card as payment, as I half-expected it to not work.

They do not answer the phone. It rings multiple times then they hang up. You cannot make an appt for blood work so if it is a fasting test you have to hope you don't sit around for a long period of time and it is impossible to schedule your day around it. IMO a very unprofessional way to run a business.

Horrible customer service and communication. Very upset, woke ip to be there right when they opened only to tell me they didn’t have a person trained to do the test I needed when I had called earlier in the week to ask about it. Would definitely not recommend.

All labs reauired appt or no answer. They answered, we came right over, they took blood easily and quickly, no issues, no waiting. Door sticks so pull hard.

Never have a problem when I go to sunrise lab, lab tech Tom is courteous and calm gets done what has to be done without complaining like at quest !! Recommend this place for blood work !

Extremely horrible customer service! I just called to ask a general question about a lab report and they refused to answer. I just needed to know which column should I look at. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the woman who answers the phone and refuses to listen said she won’t speak to you... you can leave a message but she’s too busy and she won’t call you back! How do you tell a person that? Sunrise Medical you should be ashamed of yourselves!! I don’t recommend any doctor to use Sunrise Medical as a partner. They have the worst customer service.

When I arrived there were three people and one person just called into the room. After he came out there was a time frame for about 15 minutes 20 minutes as People were coming in and waiting and no one was being called to go into room .The two technicians continued to talk and more than one customer started screaming as they had to go to work. One star is TOO GENEROUS. I usually never leave reviews but I am truly shocked at the treatment I received when merely trying to make an appointment after trying to make one for 3 days in a row with no answer. The woman I spoke with who is supposedly the manager, is extremely rude. I asked if I could make an appointment and she asked very rudely "which one" to which I then proceeded to tell her which test I needed. She asked with an attitude, when do you want to come in? I asked if they had availability towards the end of the month (as I have no idea what their schedules look like). She then responded still with an attitude, we are open everyday except Christmas Eve. I then told her she didn't have to be nasty about answering my questions. (It's 10:30 in the morning!! Who is this angry this early?!?!) She then proceeded to tell me, she didn't "mean" to come off rude but I shouldn't be so sensitive about it. In my opinion, trying to be polite and expecting the same in return shouldn't be considered being sensitive. I cannot fathom how she is a manager, or even holds a position that deals with people. I will never go to this location.

I have never experienced such rude behavior in my entire life. I was spoken to as if I were a child being reprimanded for bad behavior when all I tried to do was check on the status of a script my doctor sent in. The lady managing the calls at this office is mean, disrespectful and should not being given the role of speaking to people because she clearly does not know how to. I am not one to write reviews but I was left in such shock from this behavior that I felt it necessary to warn others.

Today, I experienced a very rude receptionist/phlebotomist, the same hostile woman, who ignored me, then was rude & unprofessional. towards me on my previous visit. I left before blood was drawn & went to another lab in the same building . I complained 4 months ago in a letter to customer service and, I guess, my complaint was ignored I will never return to Sunrise, again .

I viewed other offices but picked this one because of the positive reviews. Although there were a number of people waiting when I got there, Venus was the only staff member working and she was efficient, very patient and extremely kind. She is a tribute to this company and deserves all the accolades she has received!

Went there to have my blood drawn For the 1st time. I had read the reviews ,that's why I chose this place reviews were not wrong it is a very clean place the staff are very nice and friendly Venus was exceptionally friendly I would go there again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.
