Went in for a full set + powder French - 3 nails were glued on crooked. Tech tried to file them to make it straight but did not work. Made her take the crooked nails off and glue them straight. When she started doing the French tip, every nail was done unevenly which was very visible. She tried saying it was my fingers. I said no, it’s not my fingers. I requested her to remove the French and do a single color. She didn’t completely take off the powder. She did the single color over and at this point, the powder was so thick on my nails. Not only that, but the powder didn’t evenly spread to the base of my nails and it was missing color. She also kept messing up on my ring finger and there was an orange stain left. I don’t know how! The color I chose was a very light pink. They originally said it was $75 then tried charging me $65. I told them this is not worth that much. My nails were poorly done. I’ll pay $45. Mind you I’m 6 months pregnant, the tech grabs my hands and tries to take me back to the chair and said she’ll cut my nails off if I don’t pay. I told her firmly, DO NOT TOUCH ME. I paid the $45 which honestly they didn’t deserve after how I was treated. Never going back and never recommending. Horrible techs and service.

I was really disappointed with this place. If you're debating coming here I really wouldn't. They were kind but the lady doing my nails made 2 of my cuticles bleed. Also, the powder manicure didn't even last me one week before it started chipping, the top layer started peeling off, it looks absolutely awful. Just poor quality powder nails overall.

Worst gel polish manicure I've had. Rushed and overbooked. Cuticles cut so sharp it was painful. Gel base rushed so 2 days later polish chipped. 3 days in and 3 nails completely peeled. Very disappointing. Will not be returning.

Two stars is generous. I got powder, and 4 days later, it was cracking. A week later, the powder was chipping off. She filed so close to skin that my fingers were so sore during the week and even bled.

I'm leaving three stars because I've wanted to go but never had a chance to really experience this place. My work schedule changes all the time so I couldn't make an appointment in advance. So I tried 3-4 times to walk in around 6pm, they're closed. One time I was there little after 4:30, they were gone already. Or maybe not even opened that day?! I thought they open till 7pm but I could be wrong or just unlucky every time I wanted get my nails done at this place. Or it's my fault going there without calling... They look really nice when I see those pictures but now I gave up trying again for this place and found another salon where they keep their business hours for customers.

Not only did my manicure chip and crack the next day, but when I went back to try to get it repaired they made believe they could not speak English and even though I wanted a different tech they pretended not to understand and the same tech completely ruined my nails. The final gift was the nail fungus I got on my 4 of my toes. Stay away!
