I needed to get a covid booster for my 100 year old mom who is in an assisted living facility. RVC pharmacy came to the rescue. Howie offered to come to the assisted living himself or to give her the vaccine in the comfort of the van in the pharmacy parking lot. RVC staff are simply the best; a god send. I highly recommend their personalized and attentive service !!

Was here today for the second time for a Covid booster and once again it was letter perfect!BUT I want to add, that I needed to consult with the pharmacist about a medication change and it was not even a prescription they had filled! Still, her patience and willingness to explain what I needed to know was unprecedented. You won't get that kind of service at CVS! Great job folks, I WILL be back for more than just boosters!

Best pharmacy! They are extremely accommodating and helpful! The owner had someone deliver a prescription on a Sunday when they were closed when we were in a pickle. They also compound the medicines.

One star today. My primary physician told me to get my prevnar 13 pneumonia shot at a pharmacy as if I get it in the dr's office it's very expensive. I've been using RVC Pharmacy for awhile, got my Covid booster shot there. As I had a blood test in the same bldg. where they are I stopped in to ask for the vaccine. The pharmacist told me I had to have Part B. ??? I have the AETNA E lite plan which I was told covers these vaccinations. I don't have a separate prescription plan-they have network pharmacies. I was TOLD by Aetna Rockville Centre Pharmacy IS in-network. The Aetna rep told me he'd never heard of a pharmacy in their network denying a member a vaccination. I'm thinking when I can speak to the owner, Howard. I'll see what happened. If they really don't provide this I will tell Aetna they should be REMOVED from the network.

Howard is the absolute best! He made our vaccine process safe and easy and even came in on a Sunday after a blizzard to ensure my daughter had the necessary test to study abroad. He then followed up and called me to make sure she had the necessary documentation. I can not say enough about how fantastic Rockville Centre Pharmacy is and a special Thank you to Howard !

Terrible customer service by the compound pharmacist she sounded so bitter. I was told by the staff my script would be ready by 4pm. I had a missed call around noon and called them back. They staff acted like I was lying when I said "I had a missed call" the compound pharmacist got on the phone and yelled at me and stated " I don't have to make this for you, you are wasting my time, we close at 8p and no one here called you!" As a nurse administrator at one of the largest Long Island hospitals this was terrible customer service. I was appalled! The receptionist and the remaining staff were very nice trying to see if my script would be ready but the compound pharmacist is a miserable person. Awful! I just moved to RVC and new to RVC pharmacy and this was a terrible experience. Thank you.

This pharmacy is well-run and organized. I found the staff and pharmacist to be patient and polite during both my booster shot and rapid test.
