I got my car “fixed” there about a month ago.
After telling me they looked over everything, I took their word that my vehicle looked fine afterwards.
Fast forward to now, my vehicle engine went out and can’t be fixed so it has been impounded.
Thanks for your ‘help’!

I can't say enough about my new mechanic !!! Kevin took care of my car and has her back in tip top shape. Fast and efficient and reasonably priced. Big shout out to Nancy who in a stressful situation kept me laughing

Went in for a simple oil change and came back with a survey of the all the issues of my car (just wanted a simple oil change). Many of these so called issues were completely fine such as air filter and wipers. They found an issue with my coolant hoses and gave me a very high quote. I picked the car up and brought to my usual auto repair place and saved a ton of $$$$
Be very very careful taking your car here. They will find non-existent issues in your car. And the labor/parts here are on average 30% more compared to any other auto repair place within a 10-15 minute drive.

These guys are the best! They work quickly and are always fairly priced. They call with options before they do anything and for a single woman in her 30s that is indispensable. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

I started using RVC Service and Repair recently.
I bought tires about 3 months ago and I just returned from getting a state inspection.
The service was INCREDIBLE! The inspection took less than 2 hours (I waited for my car and was expecting a long wait).
Emily, the service manager said I would have about a 2 hour wait.
I waited less than 2 hours.
RVC Service and Repair is outstanding.

STAY AWAY! Charged me almost $300 for "diagnostics" when no check engine light on. Said they "pulled apart" motor to "find" whats wrong. Wanted to charge me $7800. Towed to another shop and was told they never touched my motor or engine. Buyer beware. Lady at desk is very pushy and they bully you when you disagree with them. Very unprofessional. Saty far away from this place!
