I have only been there once but I was very impressed with this store. I needed a pair of dress shoes for a wedding last year. They had every pair I picked to try on in my size, that never happens. I'm going back this week to find shoes for an upcoming wedding I have. I feel confident I will find what I like in my size. I hope they remain in RVC forever!

There’s a reason this store has been in business for as long as it has. They stand by their product and their word. I had an issue with a brand new pair of evening shoes. Brought themto my shoe maker for a fix. I called to advise Rhea Nichols of the issue. I was told to come by that I would be reimbursed for the repair, no questions asked and no trying to pass the buck. Rhea Nichols, you have my business for sure!

Super friendly, personable staff. Fiance, fiance's mom and my mom all found perfect shoes for our wedding. Real shoe stores are a dying breed and this one is special. Looking for evening shoes, this place is a must

Was waking around RVC this weekend and couldn't help notice the beautiful shoes in the window. I walked in and found a really nice pair of Italian leather booties which I bought it was really nice to see a boutique carry a nice selection and brands I never even heard of. Staff was fast and accommodating I will be sure to return back soon.

I've been going to Rhea Nichols several years now and has never been disappointed with their shoes. The quality and comfort are outstanding. Everyone in the store is very friendly and helpful always.
