My child and a couple of friends often stop by to browse. My daughter had a small spill of a juice. Out of kindness and caring, she asked the employee for a piece of paper towel that she could use to wipe it up off the floor. The employees response was; “No, you have to buy it and then clean it up.” My daughter feeling intimidated bought the roll and cleaned it up. They charged her for the entire roll of paper towel. This, in my opinion is a complete lack of judgment, frugal, irresponsible ownership/management and is taking full advantage of a minor. Please don’t patronize this small business called Party World. They’re often rude and I’ve only used them in the past out of proximity to my home. Never again

Store with a lot of party items. Nice assortment of party decorations, props, etc. A bit overwhelming when walking in for the first time. A tad messy.
