The workers are very sweet!! The owner is very nasty. I went thru the car wash and got a slash in my tire and the owner was very nasty and wouldn't help me to replace it. I had to call the police and everything. The 2 workers who are great pooled their money and paid for my new tire.

I got $9.99 car wash - forgot the name of the wash but after leaving my tires were dirty. My car was washed and shiny but tires filthy. No one hand dried it. Guess I had to pay more for that. It was much better service when the station was was Mobil.

Paying for a platinum was with and older vehicle will get you the worst service. New employees are needed here or this business will be destroyed by by rude workers. Who chose and pick who they give better service to. My monthly is the platinum plan and I've been told because I have monthly plan I don't get the service of those who pay regular price. Often I come out and my front bumper is full of street salt and they don't care. Good luck washing your car here and post your experience's

When the roads are more salty then your latest ex, you're going to need an occasional winter wash. 10 bones nets you a simple, tunnel powered exterior cleanup. 16 gets you the same wash plus some under carriage love. No interior cleaning. Back of car doesn't get super clean either. Staff isn't particularly friendly. Pull up and make sure your car is in neutral. Enjoy the quiet swish...swish...swish before merging back into Sunrise cryway during rush hour..

December 4th, 2018, station is completely torn up with construction. Don't know when they will open again.

One gas station staff said the bathroom is closed because the car wash is closed. Is it ridiculous?!!! When I stepped out the door, I saw him smiling like he is so SMART that he is able to fool people around.

The car wash powered down while I was in the tunnel. It restarted about a minute later and brought me through with no brushes working. I drove around to the start and explained what happened to the worker. He said your car looks fine. I told him to give me my money back or send me through again. He was nasty and wanted neither until I suggested calling the police. Finally he sent me through a second time. Lousy attitude and lousy car wash.

So updated I decided to get a wash today and I guess you get what you paid for . I paid 12.99 for an exterior wash and my car came out not clean. Not too happy but I guess it's whatever . Sections of my car has scratches with dirt.
