Our Honda was recovered after being stolen. We were very nervous about the condition. Everyone was quick to ease our anxiety. They not only fixed all the damage that the insurance saw, but also had the car reviewed by a dealership that detected internal wiring damage which the insurance didnt look for. So grateful that they took the time to make sure the work was done right!! 100% would recommend them!!!

Laura and Chelsea were incredibly thorough in helping me navigate the insurance claim process, ensuring everything went smoothly. I could tell right away that they are true car enthusiasts who genuinely care about their customers and the cars they work on.
The team took great care of my BMW, returning it to like-new condition. They even went above and beyond by installing aftermarket reflectors I brought in at no extra charge. I really appreciated their honesty, politeness, and attention to detail throughout the entire process.

This place is the best!
Laura and Chelsea are the best advisors I’ve ever worked with. They have been so helpful during the repair process of my BMW 330i. They’ve been super accommodating, even down to the transportation after I dropped off my car and had to get back to work. Very hospitable and diligent with communication. They make me feel comfortable and assured.
One word… EXCEPTIONAL!

I cannot recommend Mid Island Collision enough! This was my first accident (I was rear-ended at a red light), and I was really anxious about the whole process. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made everything so easy for me. Their team was super communicative and responsive throughout the entire repair process, keeping me updated every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to take the stress off my shoulders, making what could have been a nightmare situation a smooth and painless experience. Five Star Service! I brought my vehicle in to Mid Island Collision for repairs after getting into an accident with my Ram 1500. Bob and Chelsea walked me thru the process and made everything as easy as possible for me with least amount of stress possible. They assessed the damages to my vehicle and helped contact my insurance for me as well as set me up in a rental vehicle. Chelsea and Laura kept me updated on the progress of my car and made sure to keep me informed of my repair status every step of the way. When repairs were completed, Chelsea even had my vehicle towed back to my home to help me with my busy work schedule. Mid Island Collision made the whole process from drop off to pick up as easy as could be! And I highly recommend this stellar team.
