I found this place accidentally when I didn’t find the sectional I was looking for at the Bloomingdales furniture outlet. It’s right next door. Rami was so friendly and spent time trying to help me find the right style and dimensions that I was looking for. Luckily he had the perfect sectional on the showroom floor and I had it delivered the next day. The delivery team was courteous and helpful. Rami even called that evening to make sure that I was happy with the purchase!! I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Great furniture store in Westbury. Beautiful collections. The customer service is fabulous. The owner provides a world class shopping experience to every client. Highly recommend .

We stumbled on Leonardo furniture by d*** luck. Went to meet the family for lunch and the store was right next store. My daughter needee a new bed frame and she was looking for a specific one. Mark was very welcoming answered all our questions and stored the frame for us until I was able to get the floors done. Will be going back for more furniture. Definitely recommend!!!

I got my sectional here and it was a breeze! Shari helped me, she was really kind and knew exactly what my large family needed at a great price. I was able to get it delivered in just 2 days! Great experience, Going to get more furniture here for my home.

I would like give them 0 ⭐️ if I can. I had a very bad shopping experience at this store. When I first came to this store, a salesperson or owner approached me and asked, ‘What are you doing?’ and ‘What are you looking for?’ I told him that I just wanted to look around and find a dining table set. However, he kept asking me, ‘What are you looking for?’ I felt like he didn’t want me to browse in his store. His attitude was very impatient, and it seemed like he just wanted me to leave. Who runs a business like that?

RED FLAGS, RED FLAGS, RED FLAGS. I Ignored all the red flags. I sat in the store getting ready to order over 4,000 dollars in furniture. While I waited for Mark to write up the receipt, I decided to read google reviews about the store on my phone. First thing that popped up was Mark's picture accusing him of being a scammer. Great time for my daughter and I to walk out right. But no we didn't, I really wanted the furniture. I showed Mark the picture of him on yelp and he told me if the furniture is not perfect it will be free and he gave me free delivery. He wrote this across the receipt. More red flags, the receipt is handwritten and doesn't give much description of the item being purchased. I told him to write more details on the receipt. I told my daughter to take pictures of the items that we were purchasing. He told us he would deliver the furniture the latest on that Friday,5/19/23. On Thursday, I called him and he told me it would be delivered on Monday5/22/23. I asked for the time, he said he would call me on Monday to tell me. On Monday, My daughter waited all day for the furniture. I was then told between 3-6pm. At 6;02, I called and was told it was on the truck and there is no ETA. The furniture came at 7:30 pm. The table and chairs were completely wrong and came in a box, very cheap wood tables and chairs that look like they came from walmart. I paid 2500 for a dining table and that was not it. The fireplace had a crack on the side. I told the delivery man, it's the wrong tables and chairs and he wrapped it up and put it on the truck. I wanted them to take the fireplace, but they drove off. My daughter looked at her pictures and the same crack that we saw on the fireplace was the exact crack in the picture. I was given the fireplace that was displayed in the store. This is deceptive, I paid 1600 dollars for a new fireplace, not a used one. The next day I called Mark and he immediately said my furniture was on the truck and should be at my house in an hour and he would repair the fireplace. Still giving him the benefit of the doubt. I called my son to expect a delivery. Three hours later, Mark calls me and asks how I like the furniture. I told him I wasn't home but I would contact my son. I called my son and he told me there was no delivery. I immediately called Mark back and told him this and he said he will get back to me. He called me back and said he got into an argument with the delivery man, and he will send someone else to deliver my tables and chairs. (What is going on here). At 8pm Mark calls me, the delivery man can't find my house. My address is not coming up in his GPS. (never had this problem before). I gave him a cross street. He calls me again , he can't find my house. I look outside and see a plain white van at the corner, not a Leonardo truck.The delivery man had a bit of an attitude, I had one too, it's late. He brought in the table. It was the right table so I was happy about that. The driver and his helper began putting the chairs together outside, it was a little dark outside. My daughter and I immediately saw it was the wrong color. We asked them to bring one in the house so we could see it in the light. It was dirty used chairs, not what we picked out in the store. They called Mark, because they didn't want to take the chairs back. Mark said our chairs are on the other truck and will be delivered on Friday, at this point I'm done being patient. My daughter got on the phone and reminded Mark of what he wrote on the receipt, and he said we will not be getting a refund. I was out 4,000 dollars, had a chipped used fireplace and a used table with no chairs. Two days later, a knock on my door at 7:30, leonardo 'truck outside for a 3 rd time to deliver the chairs. At this point take all the furniture back. They called the owner and the owner was nice at first but when I said i don't want the chairs and no longer trust the company, the tone of his voice changed. The beautiful marble dining table came damaged. I called the store, and Marc replaced it to a new one. It took a few weeks as the shipment comes from TX, but worth waiting. Thank you so much, Marc for resolving the issue!

Mark at Leonardo Furniture is not someone you want to deal with; he is very unethical, dishonest. He LIED TO ME, to trick me into buying a very expensive item.I was very uncertain about purchasing an almost $2,000 media console, from a photo in a catalogue. I said I would agree to purchase it ONLY if I could return it, if it didn’t look good in the room. He hesitated for a second, then said, “Ok, I can sell this.”I ordered it - & it does not look good in the room. I called Mark - & he went back on his word - said it was “past 3 days” (it’s 4 days - in an empty apt; we didn’t move in yet). ***He had NOT said ANYTHING about any 3-day limit, at the time of purchase. Not a single word. He now will not take it back. He nastily told me, “Have a good day,” & hung up on me! He acted like a typical nasty con artist.The furniture in the store was the ugliest I’ve ever seen - extremely gaudy, tacky, I don’t even know what style you’d call this stuff. Looks like early 90s Atlantic City Casino, black & gold, shiny, extremely flashy, made with visibly cheap materials. I almost turned & walked right back out, but Mark quickly whipped out a catalog, & started showing me normal-looking furniture.Do not believe anything Mark says. He will say anything to get you to make a purchase, does not care if you like it or not. Horrible businessman. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything, anywhere. Any furniture store would be better than this.***To the response: MORE LIES!! During that phone call, I told Mark that I HAD NOT YET SEEN THE PIECE; I explained that we had not moved into the otherwise empty apt, & I was not there when it was delivered. I did NOT say I was “very happy” about anything!!!!!! I said I HAD NOT SEEN IT YET. You are a LIAR.Mark, you promised me, when I very reluctantly agreed to buy it, that I could DEFINITELY RETURN IT if it turned out to be not right fit us. I’m sure you remember me specifically stating, “The only way I’m comfortable buying this is if I know I can return it, if necessary.”You did NOT say anything about “within 3 days!!!” Not a word. It has only been 4 days - & the tv unit has been literally untouched, in a completely empty apt - & yet you won’t take it back - after you promised you would. Lack of ethics does not get you very far in life. It’s a low way to treat others & a low way to live. You have no idea how to run a business.
