Great people. Five generations - Family owned since 1948. Actually have been in the building since 1908 I believe. Previously was a general store possibly. Absolutely wonderful experience every time. Unfortunately my wife hangs out there too often. Lol. Love going there and actually love supporting a business of super nice, genuine people. Billy P

love, Love, LOVE this establishment... As a life long resident--I've dealt with them forever! This is the place where my late mother purchased her first (and only) gold watch. Very reputable; I rarely do business anywhere else.

Appalling customer service. We went to Leder's last Saturday. We were buzzed in, but not greeted or even acknowledged when walk entered. The counter person kept his head down concentrating on whatever he was doing. Although we thought it was odd to be completely ignored we patiently browsed waiting for him to finish. After about 10 minutes we realized he had no interest in our business so we approached the door to exit and he buzzed us out without a word. We went to Concord Jewelers on North Park Ave. (next to Cabo). They were friendly, attentive and very professional.
