I was with a couple of friends we walked into the store and they immediately ignored us. We asked a question and they ignored us while on their phones. Please get better service!!

We were there a while ago and my friend asked one of the staff members a question and was completely ignored. My friend asked again and the staff member finally looked up from his phone and said “What?”. Another time we visited we walked in the store and were kicked out immediately by the staff. Rude and unhelpful service.

This place always has what you need and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I travel 45 minutes to spend my money locally and it's totally worth it

We stopped in to pick up tape and met CHRIS. When we saw him at GC, he remembered us and was amazingly knowledgable and friendly. Happy that he will be in GC store for a awhile. It was nice to meet TOM, who brings another level of customer service to the store
