I had such an amazing experience here . It was the first no pressure , fully transparent and completely reliable car buying experience I've ever had . I have to say it's all thanks to Ernst . He's an amazing sales man that cares about the person and making sure you get exactly what's right for you and not just trying to do business . I will definitely be recommending this dealership and specifically Ernst's . 10/10 all around!!

Craig was amazing! I was new to the process, in which he happily assisted me with finding a car that suits me. Craig checked in often as well, which was very comforting. My 2017 Cascada has same issue as 2016, but they extended warranty on 2016 not 2017.. Dropped car off Monday at 5pm.. got a call Tuesday at 8:00 AM from svc rep, not sure of reason for this call other than to tell me they had the car?? Heard nothing all day, called at 4:15 car still hadn't been looked at, was told it was going in soon, if didn't have info today, short while later rep tells me job not covered, tries to add in a "Carbon Cleaning" for 350 dollars on a car with 30k miles- how much Carbon could be built up? to the already 1400 bucks for the valve cover. Tone deaf-- knowing I am already pissed that my car with 30k miles, and a part with a known defect isn't being covered-- don't try to sell me more stuff
told I would get a call first thing Wednesday-- Didn't hear anything again, around 2:30 I called, was told car was magically on the lift right now! Rep will call back as soon as he has info-- Got a call shortly there after and its done.. TBH I feel like I never got updates until I reached out, the part should have been covered, or maybe just give a customer a break in this situation as Drivetrain is covered for 60k miles but its a 2017.. but whatever-- Dealer did absolutely nothing for me to want to go back there!! Dealer I bought it from told me it was a relatively easy repair, shouldn't be more than 800 or so-- ended up 1400.
But they did fix the car-- so no issue with the service guys!!

We dropped our car off at 9am for a simple diagnosis of our broken relay and didn’t hear back until we called several times that evening. When we got the car back, it was in drivable because the mechanics cracked the coolant tank causing the coolant to spray all over the engine and cause the car to overheat. They then charged around $1500 to fix what a local mechanic did for $435. Overall terrible experience.
