I was hesitant to buy audio equipment outside of sweetwater but I took a chance with JK Audio as they had a product sweetwater did not sell. Joe the owner is a class act.
-I didn’t have PayPal for the order- he fixed it
-I had a budget for shipping - he fixed it
- The product came with a minor defect- he fixed it.
I run a small studio and I know the music business is a challenge in every domain and every level.
Support the little guy, buy from Joe, he will do as good job or better than sweetwater.

I had a great experience with JK Pro Audio. Joe, who I believe is the owner, works with you to find the right product for your needs. I was looking to purchase a dj controller but the item was no longer available. Joe assisted me by understanding what I was after, my level and gave me helpful recommendations. The service I got was personable and attentive and I can tell that this is a true passion.

Ordered a pair of Reloop 7000mk2’s that came with a pair of Ortofon needles. They shipped out on time. Packaged really well so no damage. Fantastic every step of the way and the turntables and needles work great!!

Ordered the Glorious Studio Desk because it was finally back in stock. Read reviews and found that JK had the cheapest price on it. So after seeing great reviews and a lot of respect giving to the owner by several customers. I went ahead and gave it a go. The desk showed up about 4 days later. Super fast shipping. Everything was packaged very well and now my home studio is complete. I’d definitely recommend buying JK Pro Audio. I’ll definitely purchase from them again in the future. Thanks

I ordered a desk 6 months ago. I have been told one more month 3 times in a row. Still don't have the desk. If you have a year to wait, order from these guys. And if you don't mind being the one that has to follow up. If there are delays, you would think that a reputable company would reach out when they knew something was wrong. I'm tired of chasing this desk.

I can't express how happy I was with the professional service I received from JK Pro Audio. The quarantine had me dusting off my technic turntables off after 25 years and I was in the market for a new mixer. I saw an ad for a mixer I was looking for on JL Pro Audio and figured it was to good to be true. Well it was better than good and true. Thank you Joe Jack for all your professional courtesy and your great prices. I'll be back to shop hopefully in person this time.
