Been coming here for a while. From the Poconos and moved for work. Went to several places to get comfortable with and found my home here. I love hot yoga and been trying to get my fiancée to try it with me for 6 years. Out of the blue he said OK! Went to the studio and Sandy took great care of him. Got him all signed up told him just listen to your body. During class helped him along never any pressure to do more than what he was capable of made him very comfortable to be part something new. She was great! I truly appreciate her hospitality and patience. Thanks again!

Great studio. Convenient location. But they cancel classes for no reason. They lose business every time they do this.

This is such a great studio, one of the best Bikram studios in Long Island. But unfortunately the vibe (and style of yoga) has changed dramatically since the original owners left. Very sad :( First, they used to have tons of traditional classes. A class that was universal and open to beginners of all ages. Whether you are 19 or 82 you can probably do Bikram. But now it's too much vinyasa and specialty classes that not every "body" can do. LOL. I've seen student get yelled at or chastised for coming into the room a minute late. Really,? In Bikram I understand. But for vinyasa or yin? You can join in at anytime and still get the benefits!! They have become Bikram boot camp style teachers (but without the Bikram!! ) and it's really a turn off. Stick to the basics And you'll gain ALOT of business back.

This studio used to be amazing! They were the best Bikram studio on Long Island, and even though I didn't come often when I did it was a great experience. Now, they have replaced many of the traditional classes with other types of yoga. They used to have 2-3 classes a night. Maybe 2-3 in the am. And on the weekends all the afternoon and evening classes were straight Bikram! Some students cannot do vinyasa. Whether it's because of injury, or lack of strength in the upper body. But with the traditional class almost anyone can do it. That's why it's called a "beginners class". The week nights were all traditional (either 90 or 60) and the weekend afternoon classes were also traditional 60. The studio was much busier back then! So you'd think they would catch on. LOL. Keep it simple :))

This class was great for me. You workout at your own pace and the heart rate monitor and stats after class allow you to keep pushing yourself a little more each time. There were so many fit people in class too. That's always a good sign! The first class is free too.

Where do i start! I purchased a single class super excited to try yoga as a low intensity workout to balance out my high intensity martial arts training. As a head martial arts instructor of my own school i understand how important starting classes on time and respecting time is, however, after rushing to the studio after dropping my daughter off at pre-school in long beach i showed up at about 8:57pm, having to find the entrance which i am not sure which one it is, i realized the doors were locked, trying to call the school number which i was greeted my an automated machine telling me the number wasnt in service!!!!I finally reqched the owner on her personal cellphone , who has a pompous condescending attitude, without even trying to understand me proceeded to patronize me about coming 1 minute after 8:59. She told me the policy that doors lock 1 minute before class, however, i purchased my class on their mobile app, which has class descriptions but fail to mention that policy! She than tells me its on their website…but what about those who use google and your mobile app which i was directed to by an employee upon calling the number i got on google!!!!Not everyone goes to your website, being that you have a mobile app and is local to me, i did not need much more than the app which gave class descriptions which was all i really needed! Instead of arguing me about being 1 minute late with her nasty attitude all she had to say was “i understand, and i will reach out to my developers to add the disclaimers and policy to the app descriptions.” But she chose her nasty attitude instead bragging about being open 19 years.Look, i get you dont care about 1 lost black client, but everyone and every business has room for growth. Dont take your success for granted. Needless to say i would never book with them again, i do not need instruction from someone who insists on belittling potential students!

This place sucks not a welcoming experience for new comers. Hey Felicity it's just OK, good heat. The instructors were not that welcoming. Would not recommend for a newbie.

I really like this yoga studio. I’ve been to a bunch of yoga studios on LI and Manhattan and it’s the little things that make a difference. I wish this place would dim or shut off the lights like Y7 and some of the others. It really allows you to focus on your flow and feel more comfortable/relaxed rather than having bright sun/stark lights on you and everyone else. Also, having a water dispenser would be nice. I’ve never been to a yoga studio that doesn’t have a water dispenser or at least sell water bottles.PS - the room gets HOT. It’s Bikrim heat, NOT regular hot yoga heat. So be careful if you’re sensitive to super high heat. Other than that, it’s a great location and the people seem nice.

It’s one of those places that you can always count on to feel relaxed, rested and rejuvenated. The instructors are simply AMAZING. The owners John and Yolanda are incredibly nice humans and make you feel like family. I highly recommend this studio.
