The best service I've ever had in a shoe store. The associate on the floor took his time and was very knowledgeable on the product he was showing me. I recommend this place to all.

My experience in this place. The lady and the gentleman that helped me were super nice. I told them what I was looking for shoes for work in a pizzeria and that I am on my feet all day. They recommend me some shoes SAS which I hesitate to take because it feels heavy to me. I also got some new soles. I tried them for 2 hrs and I couldn't with the pain on my heals. I went back the next day and they took the shoes back but I wasn't able to get a refund. Only a store credit. So what if I don't like anything else there? I wanted my money back. Now I have to go back and choose some sneakers ? so I can use my money on something that didn't help me.

Sold shoes that were the wrong size. Sold shoe inserts that harmed my feet. Only wanted to make a sale with stock on hand which injured my feet. Stay away!

EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! staff. I am a physical therapist and this place was recommended for me and my daughter's very pronated feet. We both wear orthotics and the staff here diligently and patiently helped us find sneakers that fit the orthotics properly and super comofortably (a rare find). Also found a pair of sandals for pronated fit (super cute) and will definitely be back to look for shoes for an upcoming special occasion.
