We reluctantly found ourselves needing to do a cash out refinance, which was a difficult choice in an unstable economy. We worked with Joseph and he was fantastic at helping us talk through our options and explaining each step of the process. He was very responsive and the whole process was as smooth as possible. We will be back when the interest rates drop again.

William Leck is a absolute beast of a Lender. We had a situation where my clients were going to lose a house to a cash offer and William Stepped in to assure the selling side that we could get this deal done. The Condo Association had some hoops and communication issues but we were able to work together and get all the pieces we needed to close this deal. Do not hesitate to call/ work with him i look forward to doing business again!

This is our second mortgage with Fellowship (refi this time).
Sebastian was fantastic. Process was smooth. Not pushy at all and answered all questions thoroughly.
My wife and I really appreciate the straightforward honesty.
When rates drop again we will be calling Sebastian.... That said he will probably call us which is another thing we can really appreciate.
