Very thankful for this branch and Jacques Francois in particular..was the victim of identity theft and he did everything he could to help. Chase did the right thing and il always be grateful for it.

I really do not recommend coming to this branch! I decided to ask or to be informed before making a $80k wire transfer, Money I inherited from my family but the advisor won't even tell me anything of the basics that I needed to know before making this transaction! He was very clear that he would tell me what to do after the money was in my account. How rude! I went to another near branch location and they help me and answer all my questions. Definitely not staying with this Bank!

Worst ATM on the planet earth. Locked lobby and people walk into drove through line. On major street with large chase sign but useless.

The first ATM in the US debuted at this location in 1969. It was a Chemical Bank (Chase acquired them in 1996)
