I had an outstanding experience with Bertalia! Albert provided exceptional service when I purchased a blue suit, shoes, tie, and shirt. He took his time to help me select the perfect suit and even tied my tie for me since I don’t know how to do it myself. What really stood out was his dedication; despite it being a holiday weekend, he went above and beyond by meeting me at the store on a Sunday to ensure I could pick up my shoes. Highly recommend Bertalia for their top-notch customer service and quality products! He has a life long customer with me , my father our whole family.

I recently visited Bertalia men's clothing store that exceeded all my expectations. Their selection of Jack of Spades clothing was impressive, with high-quality materials and perfect craftsmanship. The store also had a great range of other men's clothing, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store, especially if you're a fan of Jack of Spades.

Even if you walk by this store the front of it will lift your mood up. I walk by it a lot because I work at that area and it makes me feel great even if I had a bad day and even if I can’t to buy any of those beautiful suites and other accessories for my self.

Best Place to Shop - I love the selection of clothes and ties and the friendly manner of the salesperson. I routinely receive compliments for the clothes I purchase at this store and am a dedicated customer for life. Highly recommended for everything from shoes to ties.

We have had very fine service at Bertalia and very nice product. The proprietor is extremely helpful and has a lot of experience in the clothing business. His goods are of a high quality and that is what we expect when we shop at Bertalia. They have moved from his previous location across the street and the store is very nice and customer friendly. We wouldn't hesitate returning when the need arises.

As per other reviews, the personal attention is every bit as important and impressive as the selection of fine clothing. Albert and staff are fully engaged in the process of choosing, tailoring, and insuring that the correct suit is the one you walk out with. As per the other reviews, parking in RVC is always a challenge but for Bertalia, well worth any difficulty.

Albert, the owner/salesperson has an exceptional eye for fashion as well as knowing what really works for you. His selection of clothing and prices are on par with other upscale men's stores but the difference is Albert and his personal attention. The only knock would be for any RVC store, the parking.

Horrible Experience! The owner was sketchy and rude and a typical salesperson. After attempting to find out certain bits of information like some supposedly prestigious brand's websites, phones, or honestly anything about them, I was directed with the full fury of the owner. After leaving I found out I wasted hundreds of dollars on clothing items that looked fancy, but were actually made in China, low quality, bought probably from Ebay, and overall under $50. He caters to the wealthy, but the low success of his store says it all, no matter what he says, they are a struggling business not even in the Chamber of Commerce because of their reputation. DON'T BE CONNED LIKE MOST ARE!!!
