I dj for my brother sis and law baby shower. Had a blast. The owner "Joseph was very helpful,kind and reasonable price. Hope to dj there again. Thank you for a wonderful time Joseph.

This place is pretty on the eyes. They have a kitchen and a bar. The kitchen has a stove and 2 fridges. I should warn you that the stove doesn't work effectively and took a long time to warm up food. The fridges also do not work 100%; only the freezer compartment of the fridges worked. The other reason I'm giving 1 star is due to the customer service which is just as important as the place itself. I was the honoree of the event and had to show up a little later to my event due to car trouble. However, while I wasn't there, the guy supervising the party decided to harass my guests about getting paid when I was told that I could pay the day of the event. They never specified what time to pay. I also asked about paying before the event but was reassured that I could pay the day of. They had my personal number but still did not reach out to me. My guests were calling me to let me know what was going on. He threatened to shut down my party. As soon as I came, I rectified the situation and reminded him as a professional, he needed to handle the situation professionally which would be through direct contact w the person who signed the contract. Then the toilet in the ladies bathroom was clogged. I told the guy supervising the party about it and he said he would fix it but in the meantime my female guests could use the men's bathroom. Then later on around 8:30pm, the owner came and fixed the bathroom (the man supervising is an elderly man btw) but when he spoke to me about it, he told me the toilet was clogged bf 4 pm and he cleared it and one of my guests put something in the same toilet that caused it to clog again??Really, on the same day in the same toilet? I highly doubt it. I would've just appreciated him telling me he fixed it and tbh, I was hosting the event so the toilet was the last thing on my mind. However, I did not appreciate how he cast blame on my guests when he already had an issue w the toilet. Anyone who knows about plumbing knows that certain things that clog your toilet need to be fixed with a snake, not a plunger. The plunger just fixed the issue temporarily if the clog in the toilet was really bad. Last but definitely not least, as mentioned earlier, I had some car trouble n could not go to my event at 5 and ended up coming at 7. My event was from 5-9. My guests were already there and family members n friends who were helping set up the event (baby shower). When I came, the first thing I did was go upstairs to the office n give the money due for the event and I was continuously reminded in those brief 5 minutes, that I can't go over 9 pm or else I have to pay, something I was already aware of when I signed my contract w the owner. I made it clear that I knew what was said on my contract and I know what time my event is over (it was on my invitations for Christ sake), and the only way I would ever go beyond my time is if he was offering to give more time but as far as I'm concerned, my party is done at 9pm. The owner told me when I was cleaning up at 9 that the man supervising was nice enough to give me an additional 15 mins, (Most likely due to the horrible customer service he gave my guests)? not that it mattered bc I was already cleaning up and that's when he decided to tell me...earlier the man supervising said he would give more time but never told me how much so I just kept my original time of 5-9pm and I'm glad I did bc it probably would've turned into something where the owner would think I'm trying to stay longer than I'm supposed to due to lack of communication or their differences in decision . This bad customer service left a sour taste in my mouth and definitely made me think that maybe it has something to do w skin color and most of guests felt the same way so that couldn't be a coincidence. It was an experience and safe to say, I will not be hosting an event here again.

I went here thinking that it was going to look so weird and I was not going to feel comfortable but I went and I loved being in there at every minute . When I first went into the parking in the backyard I was flabbergasted because it was sooo nice and it gave me an insight of what to expect if I wanted to plan something there as well .

Beautiful hall. Big enough for 90 people or less. Clean and well kept. Bathrooms ,sitting room and gazebo. Ramp for disabled. Wonderful people!

My fellow Legionnaires rented their facility to my NY family to host a dinner to celebrate the life of my recently departed sister. Nice facility -- exactly what the family needed. Well done comrades.
