Great job by the manager Sophia and
cashier they gave me my military discount,had their special helper carry my stuff to the car,tried to give him a tip but he kept on saying something I didn’t understand till later,I’ll definitely go back

I had such a nice experience Sunday that I felt the need to leave a review. Sofia, helped me pick out my top soil and fertilizer and everything time I come in the store it is looking great with new promotions. She is the best and employees like this is why I come back.

Apparently, it’s under new management and thank goodness. Sophia was very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable about products in the store and inventory. What a huge difference from some of the previous staff!!! She offered to order something for me that wasn’t in the store. There was a nice young man at the counter that was personable, smiling and he was the one who suggested I put the review on Google for her since the manager wasn’t in on a Sunday and we laughed, and I said I’m sorry you didn’t get to help me because I didn’t buy anything so I can mention you, but he was that nice so I don’t know his name but Sophia will or the store will so I wanted to make sure to mention him.

I'm a local customer and went into ace in rockville centre, an older short gentlemen is so negative and just complained about the owners and employees. He totally ignored me.

This company does not drug test their employees. They are constantly under the influence of either alcohol or marijuana. If you are the Type of person that needs any sort of assistance from the staff to find a correct product go any where else. My father went to get a replacement battery and handed them the old battery and said get me a replacement, and they sold him the wrong type. He has very poor eye sight and needs to rely on help. He then went back to return the wrong battery and the staff just laughed. Do not shop here.

My father went to Ace Hardware to purchase maintenance supplies for his tool box. He was greeted by Sophia who was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. The shelves were well stocked and organized and she made it easy to get all of the things he needed. We just wanted to leave a review so that everyone knows how outstanding she is and what a great job she does.
