The young man sitting all day at the customer counter is by far the worst representative anyone could pick. He is rude lazy obnoxious mean arrogant ignorant. A bad representative to the US post office and should be replaced immediately to someone who actually has human skills.

Service is horrific. Facilities are a dump. For a proud government agency this is the worst collection of bad customer service, indifferent quality and general stink I’ve ever seen. This place should be closed.
