“It is incredibly rare that I will write a review. The only exception is when I receive exceptional customer service which is exactly what just happened today. I walked into Tobacco Road in desperate need of a new scent. Despite how many times I asked for assistance and tried multiple oils, Dee not only met me with kindness and patience, but when I told her that I didn’t want to continue to trouble her for help, she reassured me that I wasn’t inconveniencing her in anyway!
Since I had additionally ordered lotto tickets, I had to then go to the ATM to retrieve funds. By the time I turned around, Dee had very proactively pulled out 7 additional oils for me to try and one of them was absolutely perfect for my needs!! She did not give up until I was satisfied.
Her stellar customer service along with the customer service of the entire staff was so welcoming, inviting and warm and I will be a lifelong customer for it…”

“I stopped by Flatbush Smoke and Convenience on Flatbush Avenue and found it to be a solid, no-frills neighborhood spot. It’s the kind of place you can quickly pop into and find what you need without any hassle. The layout is straightforward, and everything is easy to locate, which makes the experience efficient and convenient.
One thing that really stood out was their vape selection. They carry a wide variety of options, from popular disposable brands to different flavors and strengths, so there’s something for both regular users and people just trying things out. The selection feels current and well-stocked, which isn’t always the case at smaller shops.
The guy was fasting for Rhamadhan so I lucked up with his favorite vape flavor. There was a steady flow of customers coming in and out but it kept moving. It has that typical busy Flatbush energy, but still feels manageable.
A quick tip—it's definitely best to use cash here. It makes the transaction smoother and avoids any potential extra fees.”
“Had such a great experience here! Even though it was pretty busy when I stopped in, the associate working was incredibly kind and patient. He really took his time with each customer, answering questions and making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident with their choices. You can tell he’s super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping people find what works best for them.

“Sandy and all of his coworkers are always ready and here to help us with anything and everything we need. I bought the wrong coil for one of my vapes and with no hesitation Sandy was there to fix it and switch it out for me. All of his workers are fast efficient and have everything in stock. If something is not in stock Sandy and his workers will always order it for you to make sure that it’s there next time. The hours of this place are excellent as well they are open 7 to 11. The best thing that I love about this place is that you can walk in anytime and ask for help with any of your vapes or any of your products that you have and they will be more than willing to help you. I have been coming here since the store opened and I have zero complaints. My family and I have been using them since the day ONE. Five star review and if I could I would leave Ten!!!! Excellent customer service and even better prices.”
“I was at a fundraiser and was DYING for a stick; I googled Santana, called them and, the owner was super helpful over the phone, we walked through what I like to smoke, size, flavor profile I mean the whole kitten caboodle!!
I was able to have Uber deliver me 3 of the best cigars I have smoked in a while!! The 10 year anniversary is like smoking a delicious meal, very fruity and aromatic; it went great with my cognac, i was so happy I had to call him back and tell him how much he made my day!

“Just came out of there, I was buying cigars for a friend who is a beginner.
They were super nice, friendly and gave me good recommendations.
The store have a good selection, prices are the average NY prices, but definitely great staffs, I had a good experience.
They also sell empty cigars boxes for $1, I got a nice one (My father cigar box) witch is going to be a nice storage for him!

“I loveeee this place. It's located on Fulton, a couple doors down from the C train on Franklin. As soon as I walked through the door, the man catered to my needs. I wasn't too familiar with purchasing tobacco for my hookah however the gentleman explained the different types of sizes and flavors. I purchased the large mint tobacco for $12. I love that flavor. The place is a little small but who-cares, lol. You're only there to purchase items. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for items for their hookah. They also have $1 incense- i like the flavor Lick me i believe lol.”
