“I've been Using this pharmacy for about 12 years. In this time I move twice, And no matter how far i move, I still go back to them. They treat myself and my family with kindness and respect. They make sure you understand the medications you're given. They happily answer any of you questions, clearly. They do the best they can in order to help all around. There has been times in which my baby was sick and I was too far and they personally delivered my son's medication. That alone is why I truly respect them. I appreciate the extra mile they go for all of us (patients/clients.) I will continue to go to them for as long as i can. I highly recommended them And I wish them continuous prosperity.”

I use to have Walgreens and wait 30 minutes on a line, get to the front and my medication is not even ready.This is a wonderful small business, literally the pharmacist knows my voice- I called off of a friends phone once (different caller ID) and John knew it was me.He told me to pick my prescription up in 10 minutes. I was already nearby, walked in and picked it up in 3 minutes.”

“Absolutely amazing pharmacy. They were able to find special prescription formula for my son during the height of the pandemic in 2020 and then again during the formula storage in 2023. I am extremely appreciative of the staff during a very stressful time. They were always so kind when I called or emailed about questions. Formula was shipped super quickly and they reminded me of the prescription was expiring way ahead so I had enough time to get a renewed prescription. It’s very hard to find this level of service especially during a formula storage in the United States. Thank you so much!!”

“Proud to say this is my neighborhood pharmacy!! I'm happy I transferred from Walgreens to guy r brewer pharmacy, it's so much more convenient and it's next door from my doctors office . I can also walk to it no problem from home. I kno most of the workers names now because they are super friendly and personal. They also call you and tell you if you have a prescription is ready or that's has not been picked up. One of the best pharmacies I've experienced”

“My son was recently measured and fitted for a wheelchair. The process was handled by Welcare Pharmacy & Surgical. It was the most professional collaborative experience encountered. The experience was exceptional and the level of professionalism collaboration, intervention, and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty was impressive.Welcare staff were able to meet at my son’s school and work with the school staff. The pharmacy went to great lengths to ensure that the process was seamless. The pharmacy also worked with the insurance provider to ensure that the wheelchair was covered.The pharmacy's commitment to excellence and customer service is admirable, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a wheelchair fitting. “This pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers. My family and I have been loyal patrons since early 2010s but the business has improved much more after this new owner’s takeover. The wait time is also short (~5 mins) even if your medicine isn’t ready yet compared to long lines of pharmacies like Walgreens where wait time can vary from 20 to 40 minutes due to an overworked singular pharmacist.An example of the pharmacy going above and beyond is when the pharmacist directly delivered a medication I needed 50 miles away while I was in college. I really could not believe that he did this, I distinctively remember asking if he was sure. I wanted to tip him when he arrived but he left the medication in my mailbox.This is just one of many examples and the reason I continue to be a loyal customer even after moving.”
