“Prices are steep and i was denied a rate or even a range in rate until Alex arrived. It ended up being $125 for them to cut a bike lock which is more than the bike cost. However, Alex was quick, kind, & professional.”

“The staff are very friendly accommodating and helpful, from the time you walk in you greeted with a smile and asked if you need help they have everything for every room in your home they have decorative items they have kitchen living room dining room bathroom items they have hair care skin care cleaning products clothing everything from soup To nuts this place has it speaking of super nuts they also have that as well I saw some food items there storage cabinets shelves and other small furniture bedding sheets towels curtains rods etc etc The prices are at a great point you get a lot for your buck the store is kept very clean and orderly,never have I been in there where everything is thrown all over the floor This store is a 10 out of 10 for me I highly recommend”

Also, in this photo with arrow I marked the extension direction, I am glad they plan to span this store to sell more items = more attractive to crowds. And I am happy that that cheap-looking computer/smartphone repair store is not next door anymore as it prevents this wonderful discount store from being a best business place in Ridgewood.”

“I wish this had existed when I lived in Rego Park since it's right off the main drag of Forest Hills. In fact, I remember the days when there was no Five Below at all in NYC so this was a nice random find. Now it's definitely not as nice and doesn't seem to have as much as the location in Manhattan or maybe even the one in Long Island City but the staff was friendly and helpful though very much a presence as I was merely browsing to get a feel for the selection and what might be different from the stock in Manhattan or Long Island City. I didn't see any of the 50 cent water bottles so that was a letdown but I did get a needed phone charging cord that still works. Five Below in general has increased prices and I have less need for items there so it's not been the same for me as in years past but if you need a phone charging cord or some candy bars you can't find so easily (like Mallow Cups) then it's definitely worth the trip.”

“They got a nice selection of products in this location, especially the beverages and the paper goods [paper towels, napkins, toilet paper] plus various snacks and ice cream. The store staff are fairly helpful too; I never had any problems/issues with them and they never gave me any hard time or attitude too. I've been in this location 4 times in the past 3 years.”
