Employees are described as fantastic, patient, and super knowledgeable, turning around potential problems and retaining customers. They offer personal service, like installing a battery quickly with a warm greeting. The store has a great selection for its size and the electrical section looks fantastic. The group takes their profession seriously and helps in the best way possible. A noted criticism is the lack of store Wi-Fi, which can make showing specific products difficult. They are the helpful hardware folks in the neighborhood.

Was in the store the other day buying light bulbs . And a young man named Syed helped me. This guy is so knowledgeable. Unbelievable. Mazzone, you guys have a great employee. And the bulb / electrical sec. looks fantastic ! Keep up the good work Syed .
