A lot of the merchandise at the location in Far Rockaway, are defected, and they refused to accommodate you with a better pair because they don’t I will never buy from here again .

Overpriced sneakers. They'll sell you a 200 pair of air Jordans for 250. Ofcourse, they market to the black community who will pay whatever they ask for sneakers so long as they get a free hat once in a while.

I Got 50% my daughters sneakers, and when i signed up to be a loyal customer i got a free head band, and i had a flyer from the store with me, so i got a free hat, OMG customers service was amazing, thank you, my pocketbook was happy and so was I xo

STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ORDERS!!! Ordered a pair of Nike Airmax 95 online. I called before ordering to make sure they had my size which they said they did. Paid the invoice through PayPal. After paying a week in advance 2 days before the shoes were supposed to ship they email me saying they are sorry but they no longer have my shoe size. I called an spoke to a manger who's said they are trying to get their systems together, they have orders from the website, the call center, from DM's and from the stores and they over sold the shoes, SORRY. How do you collect money without knowing that you can fill the order. Bad business practices. I will never by from this store again and I will definitely let my friends know not to either... Wish I could give less than 1 Star...
