SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am honestly very surprised this place is still open.Management is extremely unprofessional and rude to the point that I would say I am being harassed!Thank God for Consumer Protection Laws!!! They think that because they posted a paper somewhere in their barn with price increases is enough to charge me $30 extra an hour for lessons. They have no problem emailing me invoices and sending me multiple text messages about signing up for a holiday party and paying for camp but absolutely no email or text message about important factors such as increasing my daughter’s lessons by an extra $30. They think it’s okay to go back to the last 3 lessons my daughter took and add those extra $30, bill me an outrageous amount and assume I was just going to pay it without voicing my concern. Then their rude manager Sarah, has the audacity to lie and say she “remembers telling me”, but when I ask her to tell me when exactly she told me she gets all defensive. I have not seen management in person since July and all our communications have been on text messages and emails. Therefore, I have all the proof needed to show no one ever informed the $30 increase. Where’s the contract of me approving to such an outrageous increase? According to management a contract is not needed, all is needed is a 12-year-old signing her name on the sign in sheet and attending the lesson. Last time I checked my 12-year-old is not getting the invoices or paying for the classes herself!First, I requested to speak to someone higher than her, she first says there is no one higher than her. Then I asked to speak to owner where she proceeds to tell me she does not give information of the owner, so I am to just handle it with her. So, I asked for owner to contact me. They arrange a conference call for Friday at 1pm. Well… Friday 1pm comes and goes still no call or email. They decide to email me at 2pm to tell me the owner thinks a conference call is not needed because she believes I should somehow have seen that piece of paper in their barn about the increases therefore there is nothing to discuss… The audacity!!!!The saddest part of all of this is that the trainers are great and it’s not their fault management is so terrible.If you are okay with hidden fees, random price increases without proper notice, poor management, and rude staff then you have come to the right place!

My granddaughter takes lessons there with Sarah and sometimes Lexi. They are amazing. The stalls are kept clean, the horses are treated amazing, and the staff is professional and wonderful.
