“I've been a customer for 20 years and my experience with Bottini has had it's ups and downs so the five star rating applies to current status. I've stuck with them because they are reliable, have good service techs and have addressed my concerns once they were elevated. Most recently, when I belatedly called for annual furnace service, appointments were booked up until March so I was placed on cancellation list and my furnace was cleaned about a month later. Service tech was wonderful and provided the most thorough cleaning I've ever had!”
“Sheila was great with having patience with me. I have a lot of questions and she answered all of them . Poor lady. We resolved the issue and I’m happy. I have a bill ,but somehow I’m happy to pay it . Great job Ms Sheila! Customer Service was top notch!”
