“IAA is the business in the area used by the American Kidney Foundation for vehicles donated to their "cars for cash" kidney fund. I worked with their Newburgh-Rock Tavern office for a vehicle I donated. I missed their first call back to me the day after I submitted my donation paperwork - they called me at 7:30 in the morning! When I returned their call the next day, they immediately set me up for vehicle pickup the following day, and that they would call me an hour in advance of the tow truck arriving. They did, and they did. They used a local towing service, J&T of New Windsor. They also provided very detailed information on what I'd have to do to prepare the vehicle and what paperwork would be provided, plus information on the value of the vehicle once sold.”
