The young lady at the front desk was very professional, friendly and informative. This placce was very clean. We adopted a puppy Danni. Very happy with this SPCA. Danni is happy in her new home.

Adopted ziti she’s so cute and and sweet cat. I filled out the online application and got a call in 2 days . Picked up the cat and the process was fast and easy. The staff was very kind and helpful with everyone needed .

Don’t recommend them. They are nice to people who want to adopt. If you need anything else from them forget it. They bash people who can’t care for their pets, or need to surrender animals or they bash old employees. They claim they are for the public but they are not. Be careful when adopting they aren’t truthful with the history of the pets for adoption either behavior, breed, reason for surrender, medical history etc. all pets need a home, but just be ware when adopting from them.

Really nice staff but be weary coming here to adopt it feels rushed. My wife and I came in early in July and adopted an 11 month old Pit. She is a sweet girl but she has very mouthy tendencies which were not disclosed and they also said she was good with other dogs and kids. We introduced her to family members pets and it didn’t go the greatest and we are a little fearful to have her around kids. Maybe we should’ve asked more questions but what more could we ask if we’d get the same answers as the her listing we saw online. I feel like this place just wants your adoption fee and to get an animal out the door with you ASAP.

Went to look at cats today.. must have an application in to look at them. Disappointing, lost a donor and someone looking for a cat/kitty. I'm not going to provide any info to anyone to look at anything. Don't even have to do that to buy a house or car. Good luck if you go there!! May have to surrender your first child to them prior to looking at a lizard. Lol.

The friendly folks at SCSPCA are exceptional! We are ecstatic with our new furry family member. They’ve made it easy to adopt a healthy well cared for puppy. Adopt from SCSPCA, don’t shop!

The staff at the facility were very welcoming and helpful. Went and looked at numerous dogs and found our little girl Jade. They were very outgoing and sympathetic. The shelter was kept clean and very warming. All the dogs have great care and love at this facility, they work with the dogs as much as they can to make them great house pets. Thanks for an outstanding experience!!

i would give it more but i can’t. adopted Lime(name is now Nemo) from here & he wasn’t fully dewormed as i would expect. ever since i got him he was having BAD diarrhea(surprised the shelter didn’t notice he was having really bad diarrhea), leaving poop on the floor, bringing it onto my bed. meanwhile i have a 1 year old. these shelters/rescues should definitely make sure their kittens even cats are FULLY dewormed. other than that, i love my Nemo & he’s an amazing cat & great addition to the family.
