Shout out to Rock Hill Service Center! I blew a trailer tire on the way to my daughter's horse show yesterday. I pulled in off the highway and they came right over to see what was the matter. They got my tire changed and had us on our way so fast that we still got to the show on time!

These guys have been servicing vehicles on and off for me for years. I was just looking for the phone number to take my car there again, and I saw these reviews. It's a shame - I understand that things happen with cars that no-one plans on or is pleased with, but my experience is much different. I have entrusted several cars with issues related to safety (brakes, gas tank replacement, steering column, shocks) to them and have no bad things to say. Eddie will always do his best to work with customers for scheduling and does work for a fair price. Jimmy, is my mechanic of choice there. This is a fellow with broad knowledge of many car makes and has done them all well in my experience. I am bringing a car in today for transmission work that I wouldn't entrust to just anyone, I trust Jimmy. I can't say why the other reviewers had such a bad experience, but I can vouch for good experiences on several cars since they have been in business. Thanks to all at I-86, and I do recommend you without reservation.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. They mounted two new tires for me and I thought all was well. A week later, one new tire was flat. There was nothing wrong with the tire at all, they had not mounted it correctly, so it was a poor bead. I took the car back and waited over 90 min. while they remounted the tire at no cost (as it should have been!). They SAID they did the bead right. 10 days later, the tire was flat again for the same reason, but then they wouldn't work with me to acknowledge it was their fault. My fiance is a master mechanic and knows exactly what's up with this tire, so they couldn't BS him, but they did their best. They told him that they mounted it correctly but acted very sheepish and avoided eye contact. Soon after, I had to take the tire to another shop to be remounted. The new shop couldn't save the tire because I-86 Service Center RUINED it when they took it off the rim to mount it the second time. All they did was pile on the sealer after they shredded the tire edge, thinking they could hide the damage. It couldn't be fixed, and I had to buy a new tire! Soon after having to replace one tire they ruined, the SECOND new tire they mounted went flat for the same reason: incorrectly mounted on the rim, and I had to buy ANOTHER new tire. I-86 SERVICE CENTER, aka ROCK HILL SERVICE ruined both of my two new tires and cost me a lot of money. AVOID I-86 SERVICE CENTER, aka ROCK HILL SERVICE! They're likely to screw you and won't admit it when they do. They're crooks!!

had my VW Passat in for an alternator!! they got the job done fast and under the original price quote!! i will be bringing my vehicles to them from now on!! FULLY RECOMMEND anyone to take their vehicles to Rock Hill Service Center!! Thank you!!

Driving from CT to PA towing a loaded tri-axle equipment trailer, we had a tire blow apart on the trailer. Stopped on the highway, and happened to find this service center right off the exit in front of us. Backed the truck and trailer right into their very large service area, and they changed the tire in just minutes (we had a spare). The trailer uses the 14.5†clamp style trailer wheels, and the technician properly balanced and torqued the wheel, so we had no running issues

Rock hill service center is the best around here in Sullivan county. Every time I needed help I would get help that day so I would have a car and be able to get to work. There fast, reliable and affordable. Thank you to Eddie and all the staff there.!

We had an engine issue 6 hours from home on a Saturday afternoon and luckily happened to be right in front of Rock Hill Service. These guys didn't hesitate to get us in and got us back on the road within an hour. Price was more than reasonable and the guys were great! Thanks!
