Not wheelchair acsessable at all. Nothing in Village gate square is there is no elevator. I had to be carried upstairs by my partner. Don't put ADA logos on your Google page/website if you're not actually accessible, please.

Do not trust the hours. Was trying to sell some hockey cards and got there at 3 p.m. but place was closed despite hours saying that it closes at 5 p.m.

Owners are so polite and pleasant ended up finding a 2011 Starlin Castro autographed all star ball for a great price thank you for treating me so nicely will definitely be back

I thought this is the best card store in Rochester by far. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices can't be beat, mint to near mint sports cards for .10 cents. Who would not love this place, also awesome toy selection. I'm addic ted....

Terrible experience here. Walked in with some cards from my collection with questions and the lady behind the counter NEVER acknowledged me. No hello, No I will be right with you...nothing. Why have a shop if you don't want to interact with customers who may share a common interest. I wandered around for 5 minutes....left the store. Do not recommend this place at all if you want or need some questions answered or if you want a professional collector.

Terrible experience. Tried to sell my Pokémon cards there and she acted like she didn’t see me and my brother standing out the doorway. She was sitting in there talking to this guy for an extremely long time with his daughter or whatever, and she finally comes out and then immediately goes back inside and locks the door shut with a chain. I go back to try and knock to see if they notice us and she looked at us 3 times and didn’t do anything. Terrible terrible customer service.

The best of the best for sports cards, as well as collectibles of ALL varieties!!!! And I mean the BEST! Fair pricing, a good selection of packs, sets, and singles (including some amazing vintage), any and every supply you could possibly need! Not mention a staff that REALLY knows the market! All in an atmosphere that will make you feel as welcome as coming home. This place is a Rochester institution, not some fly by night joint that opened after the pandemic heated up the card market. You're not gonna be pressured to buy products or breaks at all! If you're a collector, and have never been, I highly encourage you to check them out!!!!

So about in late October of 2021 I first entered this store. When I walked in the store of course I heard no hello. So I already knew this place has awesome customer service. The whole time the girl and the guy just stared at me. Thinking are they are going to say something? I left bought a decent amount of cards. Pretty nice prices. Then I go again. No hello but this time the man did talk to me. Not much but more than the other time. Bought a couple of cards again then left. Place smells really bad by the way! Kinda smells like urine. I went multiple more times and they slowly got more social. Not really the girl but the guy did. Couple months later the guy sadly passed away. Sending all prayers and hope to the family. Fast forward a couple months and now they have odd hours. A couple of days ago I went. The whole time the lady who was always there and her new worker just argued the whole time. They were not social at all did not talk to me the whole time. And there was not a great selection of cards anymore. In all summary I will keep on going I think they need better hours and way better customer service!

Would give negative stars if I could. Went to wrong entrance owner told me to come in from other door. walked around to go in lady at door said they were closed, at 12:30 on a Friday. Obviously uninterested in good business. Will never be back
