Very pleased! All the people we dealt with from the salesman to the installers were friendly, professional and helpful.
The finished product includes grab bars, recessed shelves and 4 small corner shelves. The seat is an additional charge. We added the seat which folds up when not in use. Great bathroom upgrade.

Jacob and Goose did a fantastic job installing my new shower. They were very clean with the demolition process and finished the job as promised in 2 days. I love my new shower. They were on time/early each day, great communication. Highly recommend this company!

****UPDATE: We were contacted by a representative and arrangements were made to rectify the situation. We are satisfied with the outcome. Butch and Tim were excellent. We enjoyed working with them.*****
This place is the worst. They took advantage of an unexpected and unfortunate event in our lives. We gave them a deposit to convert our mother’s bathroom into a walk-in tub. Unfortunately, our mother had a medical event and may not ever be able to return home. We asked if we could use the deposit towards other work in the house (windows/doors). They refused and tried to convince us to move forward with the bathroom remodel. Completing this remodel would cost twice as much as we’ve lost contracting with this business. We asked if we could take possession of the materials (since they claimed they purchased products for the bathroom remodel). They also refused this request.
I would never spend any money with a company that takes advantage of the elderly. What a shame. If we offered to move forward with another project, why would they refuse (unless they wanted something for nothing).

Wonderful service! I had my bathtub converted to a walk-in shower by wonder windows and bath, my installers Carly and Jim were professional, I was kindly informed about the care instructions after installing the shower, their work was flawless, I am super pleased with my new walk-in shower! My granddaughter was so excited she came over to take a shower, great job ?

Our bathroom was in need of an upgrade so we decided to give Wonder a try. The sales person was pleasant to work with and when we signed the contract in August, we expected the work to start in December. We got a call in October that Matt and his crew are ready to start the demolition and installation of the shower. As promised, the teardown took one day and installation was finished the next day. Our shower looks great and we are happy with the results. The only issue we have was with the price it was one of the most expensive upgrades we did in our home besides our kitchen.

We’re quite happy with our new shower installation. The Lux Stone has a solid feel, and is very modern looking. The dual shower head(s) have plenty of pressure/power, like those in quality hotels.Quick and professional installation, and when we had some trouble with the door closing completely, Wonder Windows came out to fix it quickly. Friends and family have all seen the new shower, and we’ve really been talking it up.We haven’t used our tub since our kids were small, so we definitely needed this update in our bathroom. We did our research and liked what Wonder Windows had to offer. The sale was pleasant, and was willing to work with us on design.Thank you Wonder Windows, I believe you get what you pay for, and this is a welcome upgrade.

Butch and Matt did a wonderful job. We have a very small bathroom that needed a handicap shower installed. From beginning to end we could not have asked for a better end result. There were issues with the size of the room and they managed to accommodate everything that was necessary. They were respectful, timely, clean, and we've ended up with a marvelous shower that meets all of our needs. We would definitely use them again. That being said customers must understand that when you have deconstruc- tion and construction done that there will be additional work that the customer will have to do, paint etc. This is to be expected and totally accept- able. The Koehler products are wonderful and we are grateful to have found this company that has their own employees to install and not sub-contrators.

Matt Cicatelli and his sidekick, Kevin, were the Wonder Shower & Baths work team that installed our new Kohler walk-in shower and removed a circa 1980 piece that had seen far better days. Matt and Kevin were over-the-top terrific, nice to work with, answered our questions, and got the job done to our satisfaction in the promised two days' time. I had my very old and dated bathtub and toilet replaced. They installed a walk in shower and did an amazing job. It was so efficient, professional and easy. They left everything extremely clean, both days. It was so much better than I expected and Ben and Shane were exceptional.
