The technicians seem to be be the lifeblood of this industry, this place exemplifies the concept as the techs here will do anything they can for you with a smile.It's a shame they are treated so poorly.

Your salesman Chris Balewick was one of the most understanding salesman i have dealt with in my over 50 years of car buying. He took the time to listen and try to find the vehicle that is right for us, including transferring 3 vehicles from other dealerships so we could test drive them. His customer service was incredible, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Our car was purchased when it was O'Connor Chevrolet. We really miss it! We have been nothing but unhappy since West Herr took over. We brought our car in for an oil change and a repair. We scheduled the oil change to wait for it, and when we arrived we were told it was written down as a "drop off" (it wasn't) and that it would be a long wait. The repair needed a part ordered, which they said would take 1-2 days. We never heard from them so 3 days later I called and was told the part had been there for 2 days. It would have been nice if they called! When I asked why they didn't they said they were "too busy". When I came in to pick up the part there were 4 men working at the parts station: all "busy" on their cell phones. When one finally waited on me he was rude and miserable. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him to do his job. The part was in a large, heavy box and I was struggling to carry it out to my car. In the showroom I passed a salesman who saw me fumbling to open the door and made no attempt to help me. I was told to bring the old part back (I was required to put a deposit down on it and was told I'd get a refund) which I did. Once again the same 4 men were "swamped " on their personal cell phones. The deposit was credited back to the wrong credit card- not the one I purchased the part with. I wasn't even informed of how the process worked, and this has caused issues. There is no communication here, and clearly nobody cares about the customers. So, we will not be returning here for service ever. We will find another Chevy dealer. Furthermore, we will definitely not purchase any cars here- or any West Herr locations- in the future. I recommend staying away from this dealership. There are much better ones out there!

Wanted to get a feel for the place in case we buy another Chevrolet. Service was slow to book an appointment, slow to return the car and they unplugged a dashcam without notification. Won't be back.

Bought a truck December if 2022. Salesman Casey was great to deal with. However, I wouldn't rely on anyone else in the dealership. My paperwork was filled out and submitted incorrectly to my state and when trying to follow up with the dealer, they won't answer the phone. And when you leave a message they won't call you back. I finally received my registration 3 months after the vehicle was purchased. And I reviewed my title application which was filled out incorrectly as well. So basically I paid all the dealer fees and such, for them to actually fill out most of the paperwork wrong, and put me in a bad situation to have to handle it all myself. So thanks West Herr for doing everything wrong.
