To be honest, I had a good experience there for quite a while, but the last few months it's been so bad that I either don't have my pills ready that day or the next day or they don't have enough to fill a whole prescription. It's just not been very helpful to me whatsoever. So I switch stores. I feel bad. I used Wegmans for many many years from when it was back on chili avenue down by Walgreens, but I just can't do it. It's just too frustrating

I have no clue what is going on with this place, but the communication between staff and patients has become non-existent. They don't have my meds ready when they are supposed to be filled by, and that can easily be dangerous. If they are ready, sometimes I'm not told at all. And then they restock them after one day & act confused why I hadn't picked it up.
Now I have to go through an entire process with my doctor again, and spend money I don't have and shouldn't HAVE to have. Get it together, seriously.
Luckily I'm just switching services to Costco, and physically I will be okay - but that's not the case for everyone.
You are going to seriously hurt someone someday, if you haven't already.

Prescription was received at 11:42a.m. It was an antibiotic and I was anxious to start the meds due to an infection.
After 3 hrs the meds were not ready. 5:00 still not ready. The same at 7:00. Finally decided to stop checking. Then 8:35 p.m received a text that it was ready for pick up. Which did not give me enough time to pick up the meds and start taking.
A prescription should not take that long to fill

My elderly mother has been having a terrible time reordering her eye medicine from this pharmacy that she has been using for several years.She ordered on Wednesday, got a call from pharmacy that it was ready and it turned out to be a different medication that she never ordered.On Friday, she went to pick it up to no avail. Pharmacy told her they faxed reorder to Dr. But Dr. Never replied. Pharmacy never followed up with reorder and made my mother go to another store to get it.Incompetent staff. Very disappointed that thisis part of Wegmans.

Love you guy's! Always Fast and Reliable! Will help you with your Medicine if you can't afford it and tell you if/when you're Prescription is Ready way in advance! Been coming here for 22 years! Thanks Wegmans!

Had good experiences for years, but a medication I take for a chronic condition went on backorder and I was not informed, leading to difficulty obtaining this medication. I will be switching to a different pharmacy.

Now when the Dr. send them a prescription they don’t have it ready after 1 hour. You have to call them and make sure they filled out… so it’s pretty useless to have the Dr. send a prescription get there 30 minutes to 1 hr later and they ask you to wait 10-20 minutes to fill. What is the point of having the Dr. send it if they don’t fill?Put more ppl or improve your system.

Really bad service. People hang up so quick and don’t allow you to ask the questions needed. Hold times are forever.

The pharmacy has a drive up (takes a little longer) reserved parking for handicapped and it's own separated entrance/exit from the main store. You can access the entire store from there though. They offer DMV eye tests, several vaccinations, they have blood pressure machines and will also mail you your medications. I am in medicine and find that the pharmacists do a fantastic job of answering questions and concerns. The pharm techs do whatever they can to get you through the line and make you feel like your primary the concern. Some of the regular refills come from a central pharmacy. Having the pharmacy at the same place I do the majority of my shopping is a big convenience. They also have a Wegmans discount program that helps if you don't have insurance. They understand how much the stuff costs.

Staff is always friendly and helpful! Great selection of gluten free options too! Great service at the pharmacy as well.

It's Wegmans, what else can I say? Unfortunately, since COVID, like most businesses, they are short on products. That is the only reason I only rated them 4-stars.

In November The Chili Paul Store,got a new manager at the pharmacy. He cannot seem to get the prescription ready in the (all together plan) I have personally call him to give him a heads up. Still cannot manage to get it done. Having to go to the pharmacy 4 times a month to get scripts. Someone in upper management needs to review this manager. Time is running out.
