Worst service. Even there is pharmacies, they just do their own stuffs and don’t bother asking you. This is my new pharmacy and I will say! Please go to Walgreens in rigde rd. They are fast and better in service.

This Wegmans on Culver-Ridge is 1 of the last Mohegans in the original Wegman chain. This store is a twin to the old ones formerly on Driving park and Dewey, East ave and Mt. Hope. They offer all of the Wegmans foods and brands just much smaller. I noticed also they still have the individual can and bottle machines. All cans and bottles go in different machines. And there aren't as many machines, and smaller space. All in all they still provide good service and usually the food is good! I may add, this is one of the 2 stores which will discontinue 24 hours service starting June.

Wow! Such friendly staff and exceptional service. I happened to stop by this Wegmans on accident, I was looking for the larger location, located down the road off 104. I ended up popping in and walking around a bit, asking a few questions before I realized I was at the wrong location. This store is a lot smaller than most, their produce area is reduced a lot, I couldn't believe have small it was, had very limited options. I came around 730am, so unfortunately the Mediterranean bar and sub area wasn't open yet. Their deli section and bakery looked very promising, I could have dove right in. I don't think they expect a high volume of customers, their bathrooms had two stalls, and their bottle can return area was 1 can deposit and 1 bottle deposit. Woah!

Worst pharmacy ever if you have to special order formula for infants. I have been ordering my formula thru wegmans pharmacies since hes been on the alimentum. 2 months back a pharmacist made snide comments because I was payimg with WIC. It shouldnt matter how a customer pays if the items are being paid for. Now the past two times ive ordered formula the orders werent placed like i waa told they were. I called this past monday to place an order for 8 cans of formula. 8!! And it was to be ready the following day, tuesday which is yesterday. I recieved no phone call. I called 5 minutes ago and the order was apparently never placed. I highly reccomend not ordering formula this pharmacy unless you want inconsistency and incompentency ... Absolutely unacceptable.

Sooo, I recently switched to Wegmans Pharmacy from Walgreens because one of my scripts is cheaper here. The first 2 months everything went well. The 3rd month I picked up my pills, went home and took them out of their container to put in my weekly pill dispenser. That's when I noticed there were 2 pills that were not mine in the bottle. I immediately called the pharmacy to let them know. Silly me assumed that all drugs must be accounted for and wanted to let them know I had 2 that shouldn't be in my bottle. I also was a little upset because it's dangerous. I didn't know what these 2 pills were and what if I didn't realize they were different and just took them?? After sitting on hold for 8 minutes a girl answered. I explained the situation and she said, um, um, um, like 10 times in a row. It was cleAr she had no idea what to do or say as um really didn't help the situation. I asked to talk to the pharmacist. The um girl told me I would have to call back. So I hung up and called the store manager as I felt this was a serious issue and it wasn't being taken as such. The store manager agreed that this was serious and while on the phone with me, he walked over to the pharmacy and put me on with the pharmacist. She basically said, don't take them! (Well, no kidding!) and that she would tell the pharmacist in charge but he isn't there on the weekends ( I called Friday night). I asked if she wanted me to save these pills in case they wanted to see them and she was like, "yeah, I guess so". So far, the only person upset about this was the store manager. On Tuesday another pharmacist called me back and asked what the pills looked like. He said they reviewed the security tapes and couldn't tell what they were. I described them....and at this point I also looked them up and saw they were high blood pressure pills. I said, their has to be a record of who fills each prescription no? And you must have to make sure each pill is accounted for right? I said, do you want me to bring them in? He said, no, throw them out. And that was that. No apology for giving the wrong pills. He didn't offer to replace my pills. Since my bottle was short 2. Not only very unprofessional but pretty dangerous too. So now I am switching back to Walgreens and will pay the extra money--at least their pharmacy is a little more professional.

A bit dated with its low ceilings and lack of windows ,kind of like a warehouse that sells food and groceries. Reminds me of being on one of those old sea going vessels back in the 70s with their low ceilings. Most items are pricey but you can get a few good deals if you look hard. The cafe area is OK with flat screen TV and censored access to websites via their free wifi . Not a bad place to grab a quick coffee and some hot food. The staff are usually very friendly and efficient. Could do with being seriously updated like its other stores in Pittsford and Greece ,probably not going to happen anytime soon here in Irondequoit.
