Very long waits both over the phone and in person. They don’t have the capacity for the number of people who go here.

Good quality good customer service and so much faster than tops if you're doing quick shopping or big shopping you can get in and out unlike tops where if you even buy something small and the cashier's take 10-15 minutes to cash you out much better than tops
